Not worthy of one star !! Ordered set of car mats 4/4/24 after 10 days I contacted them as apparently they had been dispatched but tracking hadn’t updated in days. No teply !! Car mats eventually arrived but not for my car or address. Have emailed and sent photo of who they should be for and have not had one reply. Have raised issue with PAYPAL. and they have sent one email via PayPal I have had nothing further. Would not recommend at all. I now have a set of mats that are absolutely no use and £40 out of pocket.

I reached out to them as I had already had 1 set not fit my cat from another supplier. I sent them photos of my car with a tape measure so they could see for themselves the peg distance, and they sent me a link to the "correct" mats to order. I duly placed the order, and was surprised to receive a notification that my order had been amended. When the mats arrived, they didn't fit, and they are ignoring my emails now. I am planning on going to my credit card supplier to see if I can get my money back, but please do avoid.

Like everyone else on this site I ordered mats that never arrived.
I reached out COUNTLESS times to no avail..
I am now going to contact Trading Standards to lodge a complaint, as well as contact my bank to find out how to get the charges refunded; producing the evidence litany of evidence I have unearthed. I will also let Evri know about this company.
I urge everyone to do the same. Only as a whole can we bring mindless, disgusting SCAMMING companies like this down.

I ordered some car mats with this so called (company!) I have been waiting days for my car mats to arrive. I have reached out & sent serval emails.. only to be ignored! Let’s see if the mats turn up!!

Avoid like a plaque!!!!!!

Where do I start, I purchased a set of car mats for my Kia X-Ceed 22 plate on 20th January. Before I ordered the car mats it was quoted 5-7 days for delivery. After 10 days I decided to send an email on 31st January as items had not been delivered. Anyway I was told that they were stuck with the courier and they will be put out for delivery in the next few days. Anyway I received the car mats about 4 days later only to find out that the driver side car mat holes does not fit the fittings on the footwell. I decided to contact Trade Mats direct to let them know what the problem was and that I would require a refund. Unfortunately after sending photos to illustrate the problem they offered to send me additional fixing to solve the problem. Unfortunately I was not happy with this and I asked for a refund again. After asking for a refund on numerous occasions by email I got no response from Trade Mats Direct. In fact they went silent on me. I sent countless emails to different email addresses and still no response. In the end I contacted my bank 27th February to get a refund after I returned the car mats back. On 28th February my bank refunded me on 28th February. This company is quick to take your money and the customer service is absolutely shocking. Ignoring customers is not the way to go in any business what so ever. I definitely won't be recommending Trade Mats Direct Ltd to anyone!

Bought two car matts. Only one arrived. Sent numerous emails, no answer. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the car matts. Very poor or shall I say non existence after sale customer service. I wouldn't touch them with barge pole.

Received the mats today they fit my mini well, a little thinner than expected but well made, I need to fit some plastic clips myself as the velour ones were sent.
Placed my order on the 17th Jan and received on the 29th Jan not bad considering they made to order. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews though.

Made an order and paid for it, haven't received the items ,after sending several emails I have not had any replies at all .No customer service reply. Can only think this is a scam company.

Really not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from... I ordered car mats in 2022, they arrived within a week, fit my car perfectly, and are still in my car now doing just fine. Have just used this company again to order car mats for my partner's car - let's see how long they take!

Ordered Kia Picanto mats.
When they arrived one set did not have the anchor point holes required to fix the mats to the floor.
I sent an email to their customer services to request a replacement but got no reply.
I used their online contact form but got no reply.
Their customer service is non existent , once they have your money they dont seem to care.
Most companies learn from poor reviews and make their customer experience better as a result.
Clearly this is not the case with this outfit they simply dont seem to care about the people who keep them in business.
Avoid this lot.

Received my order and they were the incorrect size. However, after contacting them they did promise to send out the correct ones and I received them a few days later and they fit and look good.
So, to be fair they did correct the problem to my satisfaction.

Ordered and PAID FOR mats back in August , website looks good, you even get a tracking link from Evri. Mats not arrived 6 weeks later, they said the mats got lost, so would send some more, but that was 3 weeks ago. Don't respond to emails now, note no phone number for them either. Scam.

Ordered two sets of car mats, only one arrived. Must have emailed about ten times now asking for the second yet or a r fund.. nothing. Don't order from these guys😂 wish I'd have read the other reviews first😅

Ordered in February, still not arrived. Dreadful, no response to repeated emails. Don’t be conned by these shysters!

Wish i'd read the reviews, sure they had reviews on their site that looked genuine!!! Bloody complete con, don't respond to emails, two weeks since ordered them. Had an email from Evri (if that is really the REAL SITE) ITEM STILL NOT RECIEVED BY THEM SO GOD KNOWS HOW YOU GET A REFUND BECAUSE NOBODY REPLIES :-( DO NOT USE THEY WERE NOT CHEAP EITHER AS I WENT FOR HIGHER QUALITY THAN THE STANDARD :-(

Eventually got my mats after one month reasonably quality not has bad experience after reading reviews.
Need to improve customer care can email them but no reply.

Was waiting nearly for two months. Way overpriced, while waited bought another mat 3 times cheapier from amazon. When this arrived It was egzactly same mats. Also poor customer service

ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!

Ordered from them at the end of feb and not its beginning of may! I started a dispute on natwest to have my money refunded which thankfully they did, but now they are taking it back out because this company says they sent it! absolutely ridiculous!
