Just don't buy on this website. A month have passed and I didn't receive the car mats. The customer service doesn't reply to you emails and the tracking number leads you to no where.

Awful service.ordered on the 23rd March and still have not received my order.

Still waiting for my order! Which i placed on the 8th april! Sent emails and no replys!

Scammers.
No mats a month later.
No reply to emails.

Got them in the end and the mats were fine. Apparently there was a glitch due to bloody Brexit.

Ridiculous ordered on 31st march still have not received an update that they have shipped or a reply from any email , looking like £28 down the drain at this rate too good to be true

Wish I'd read these review first. Exactly the same as everyone else, placed the order, nothing arrives, no communication if you message them. Complete scam by the looks of it. STAY AWAY from this company.

Please read this before you buy, I thought initially this was a scam. As no reply from vendor and my order took 3.5 weeks to come. Now the mats are here they’re really nice, just don’t expect them to come in the 5-7 working day window they state on the confirmation.

Absolutely terrible. Mats never arrived and for the life of me could not get a single response from seller. STAY AWAY

I ordered on 18 feb on the 23Feb on there way.Still not received them.I have e-mailed 4 times.They do not have the decency to reply. I have never dealt with a company like this before it is awful the way they treat their customers.Never again.Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered .

I placed an order one month ago on a 5-7 day delivery. Not received the item. Have emailed Trademats Direct three times to ask for a refund. Not received any reply. Have tried without success to reclaim payment from my debit card via my bank.Like others I wish I had consulted Trustpilot before placing order. It seems to be a complete scam.

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. No sign.

No telephone contact number.
"On way to carrier" for the past 5 days on Hermes tracker (Hermes?!!)
Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs

If i could give -10 stars i would, absolutely terrible company, ordered my mats 15 days ago and nothing has come and i have had no reply from 3 of the emails i have sent. No phone number to contact either, wish i checked the reviews before buying, dont buy off this terrible company.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Ordered on 18th February, took money in full. Got an email to say they’d been despatched and a tracking number. The tracking never updated to say the good had been collected.
Emailed 4 times with no reply, no phone number on site and the listed business address is someone’s house.
On 7th March I arranged a charge back on my debit card as obviously won’t be getting my goods.

Orderd on 20th February and it said 3-5 days for delivery they then turned up 9th of March . Only positive is that the mats are Great quality

Wish I had looked up this site before I purchased car mat with them.
Bought them nearly three weeks ago and have not received them yet. I have emailed to ask twice will they be delivered and they have no had the decency to even reply.
Save any future hassle to any other customer AVOID and go somewhere else to get your car mats!
I’ve know contacted my bank to try and get my money bank. I’ll be reporting the company as fraud.

Woefully bad experience. Given the cold shoulder with communication, emails not answered or even acknowledged. Very quick to take money and confirm the order, but then - nothing. Order made mid-January, and I’m still waiting. Issued a claim with my credit card. Done with the hassle now. Really really wish I’d checked TrustPilot first. AVOID!

Absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone. They have a very professional looking website and look very reputable , but no . Very slow delivery time and definitely not within the 5 to 7 working days they claim . No business contact telephone number and you have to hassle them for an e mail response. When my mats eventually turned up they were ok apart from the clip fixings that pop onto the pegs in the car didn’t fit . Cheap and nasty to be fair . To save any hassle I had to spend another £8 to get the right ones . All in all I wouldn’t recommend.

As other people say, takes forever for delivery with no communication at all from them until Evri email, then you’ll still be waiting a while. That’s the main down side. The mats themselves are pretty good quality and fit perfectly in my car.
