The mats are actually fine, not great but I am happy with them and they do fit my golf.

But only order from this company if you are happy to wait a month for delivery. You'll eventually get an update saying evri are expecting them (2 weeks) then evri will get them another 2 weeks later. If you inquire where they are you'll either hear nothing (as others state here) or a pack of lies about a broken down sewing machine.

Happy enough with the product but lousy company.

Like a number of other people, I also have been taken in by their online adverts, & ordered a set of mats. You initially everything is fine as they confirm your order and tell you that they are being dispatched by Evri / Hermes, but according to the tracker more than a week later it still says they have not received the goods. Like others I sent a couple of e-mails asking for an update, but you get no response. At this point I realised there is no contact phone number.. Alarm bells start to ring, and then I look at Trustpilot and wish I had looked before I placed my order. As others have said avoid this company as imo they appear to be serial scammers

Avoid this company like the plague! Initial ordering seemed OK, they even emailed me back for exact car details....then nothing! Despite numerous emails to ask where goods were, complete silence! Eventually got full refund via my payment company,but 2 months after ordering. Best thing this company could do to improve is voluntary liquidation.

Ordered car mats for my Crossland X with the red trim on the 19th January, arrived today 28th January. Fit perfectly in the car (even better than the original mats in the car from vauxhall), and really good quality.

Please do not order any thing from there site and ebay. I put an order in without reading the reviews. They take your money and will not send your mats. Will never deal with them again. Please order from someone else...

Ordered on the 14 Nov 22. On the 17 Nov got an email to say the mats were on their way, with a tracker for Hermes/Evri.
The tracker kept saying "awaiting your parcel".
I emailed Trademats 3 times with no response. On the 1 Dec Evri received the parcel and delivered to me shortly after.
Not fantastic mats and certainly will never order from them again.

DO NOT ORDER.
They tell you between 5-7 working days from when it’s been dispatched. It’s now coming into 2 weeks since being dispatched and still not update from the carrier (Evri) and they still haven’t received the parcel. The company does not respond to emails either.

Took my money, told me it was sent, then nothing.
Complete scam, don't order from them.
How do I get my money back?

Can honestly say the website is legit…however I waited quite a long time to receive my parcel and when I tried contacting them via email I never got a response to this day.
Overall good value for money I suppose but definitely lacking on communication.

Car mats were ordered the very start of November, said 5-7 days shipping yet heard absolutely nothing. Emailed multiple times and had no response for weeks, got given a tracking number for Evri that says we’re expecting your parcel, this hasn’t changed in 2 weeks. Messaged Evri and they’ve still not received the parcel from trade mats direct. It’s been a month since ordering next week, absolutely no contact from the company to my multiple emails sent. Had to contact my bank for a refund as it’s been so long.

I ordered a set of car mats and was waiting over 2 weeks for them, no email to say that had been shipped, nothing!!
I emailed the company 3 times regarding the order- completely ignored!!!!!!
I found ‘john’s’ number ( probs not even called John) on his eBay shop, tried to ring, no answer!!
Had to contact my bank for a refund as was getting nowhere with this 💩 excuse of a company

Well… it looks like I have joined a LONG list of disgruntled customers. Ordered my mats and two days later emailed them to request a change to the trim colour. No reply within two days so I emailed again and again and again and again… Then I discovered this guy (Stuart Mark Johnson) has an eBay shop which advertises his mobile number, 07786913295, I must have rung at least 20 times this past week, no answer just goes to voicemail. Emailed six times further after discovering all these appalling reviews on Trust Pilot.

I cannot believe I didn't do my due diligence in checking out this company first before parting with my hard-earned cash. Whatever you do, do NOT use this company. This guy is a crook, a fraud and if you ever receive your mats they will almost certainly be of dreadful quality as described on this site.

I contacted PayPal to request a refund and 2 days later, I have my money in full and consider myself very lucky. I suggest you do the same, ensuring you take a screenshot of these poor reviews to back up your claim.

Ordered on the 20th of October and had an email to say it’s getting shipped on the 31st of October and I still haven’t received my order. Emailed twice and have been ignored both times. £30 I won’t get back👍🏻

Order October 30th. Website says 5-7 business days. Emailed on the 7th day, no response. It's now November 15th and still no response from a 2nd email. Wish I'd read the reviews first. Will update this review when/if the mats arrive.

Ordered a set of floor mats for my car early October, took a month for them to arrive. Straight into the bin with them! Low quality junk. They don't have the holes required to clip into the mat retainers on the car floor, and no non-slip on the back of them. Meaning they slide forward and ride up under the driver's pedals!! Dangerous, and makes them totally useless.

Do not buy from this company. Sent the wrong mats to me. Unable to contact them via email or online and no telephone numbers provided.

Avoid at all costs, customer service does not exist. Received a faulty item. The quality is also bad, seen better mats in the discount store.

Bought car mats for my car. They delivered the wrong ones for the car. Have tried contacting them through emails, phone but they have not responded. It had been 4 weeks now so now I have car mats that do not fit my car.

Don't even consider buying from this place. Mats were poor quality and didn't fit, not even close! No response to numerous attempts to get a refund. Really wish I had checked reviews before ordering from them. Like someone else has posted there should be a zero star option for businesses like this.
