Poor quality terrible delivery time no communication.
If the ones I ordered are Premium quality I would hate to have the cheaper ones as they must be made of paper. I ordered them in plenty time but the delivery took over two weeks, I emailed them for an update but no reply. I was worried as I was going on holiday and of course they arrived the day after we left but thankfully my next door neighbour was keeping a watch and took the delivery. Will not deal with this company again.

Ordered on the 15th June and arrived on 8th July. Went for Premium, however these are not. No notification that they had been delivered, luckily I kept an eye on these and found them in our car port with no note confirming they had been delivered. I think going forward I will just buy original
Worst company I have dealt with
Ordered without reading reviews was a BIG mistake.I ordered a set of Premium Mats & got confirmation of payment & 5 - 7 working days. After 2 weeks NO mats NO contact telephone number NO reply to 7 e-mails.
The mats eventually arrived & Premium Quality they are NOT. Going off the reviews its seems pointless returning them & requesting a refund.
So my advice is don't buy from this Mickey Mouse shambles of a company. (No offence Mickey).

Wish I had read reviews first I ordered mats 9th June waited then emailed asking please advise was sent a reply saying they having problems with short staff so waited again now no reply to emails and no phone number to ring customer service I'm so disappointed in their absolute rubbish service and company
Avoid...
Received my car mats 2 weeks after ordering, which isn't too bad but they didn't provide much tracking information or delivery updates. Tried to fit the mats but they are completely the wrong shape and size, despite me double checking I had ordered the correct ones. The floor clips are in the wrong place so can't be securely fitted, and all of the mats are too wide for the footwells of my car. Contacted them requesting a refund and heard nothing back at all, do not order from these guys, use someone else!

Do not touch, you have been warned, wish I had read the reviews before I brought. Ordered the 27th May and now it’s the 22nd June and still waiting for them to be delivered. Numerous emails and no reply and some bounce back. Bunch of scammers and cowards whom have not got the common decency to reply to any emails. They are thieves don’t use them.
Appalling
Appalling. Avoid. I placed an order with Trademats Direct. The mats never turned up. I emailed them to enquire what had happened to my order. Their email box was full, and the email bounced. I messaged them through their site. No reply. Still no mats.
Bad quality for a £50 set of "premium mats"
Ordered some BMW mats, 5 working days delivery that ended up being a whole month. The stitching around the edge isn't correct, goes completely off the side at one point only sewing then surround to itself. But the worse part is that they're dangerous, Why? Well because they advertise as coming with the velcro the BMW floor mat pad sticks too, so they just end up going forward and fitting perfectly in the gap at the bottom of the accelerator.
I actually emailed customer services to ask where they were on week 2, told I'd have then the following Friday (week 3) so asked them to cancel and refund as the car was being sold. Funny enough I didn't get a response to that, their communication had been great till that point.

Not a trusted supplier
Ordered car mats in April. There was no contact until I received an email saying that they have been trying to get in touch with me (none received). I was asked to confirm the fitting centres, which I did. The mats arrived 5 days later but we're not to the dimensions I supplied. Sent queries. No further contacted from trademats?
Good Quality - very long wait for delivery
Ordered on 18th April and arrived 6th May so delivery a lot longer than expected, Evri (Hermes) did provide a tracking number around 28th April but didn't receive the parcel until 4th May and delivered 2 days later.
As for the quality however, the mats were a lot better than expected after reading the reviews. A lot thicker than expected and seem very sturdy. Was worried they may not fit but fit perfectly.
Long delivery timescale, but mats surprisingly good
I ordered a set of Hyundai mats on the 7th April, and they finally arrived on the 27th.
Stupidly, I hadn't read the Trustpilot reviews, otherwise I would have given the site a miss.
Communication after the initial order was poor. I emailed after 8 days, enquiring as to progress, and had no response.
But I did receive an email on the 21st, two weeks after my initial order, stating that the mats had shipped, and it included an Evri (Hermes) tracking number.
But according to Evri, they only received the item on the 25th, and it was delivered two days later, despite the Evri site still showing it was on it's way.
There was a label with date of the 7th April actually on the mat, so I am guessing that's when an order went to the manufacturers.
Despite the lack of communication, and the delivery taking 20 days, the mats seem very good for the price and I am generally happy with the quality, and most importanly, they fit.
My advice: If you promise a quick turnaround and don't deliver, then you're going to upset people. If however you state that it's 30 days from order to delivery, and they arrive after 20, you'll be a hero.

Bought a set of mats for the car and they took about 5 weeks to come after sending emails to them and when they did arrive they were made wrong so I have been sending them emails and they are not replying ,they do not deserve to be in business (don’t buy from them).

Why is there no option for no stars
Why is there no option for no stars - how can you give a star to a company that is a complete con? They send emails saying they had a power outage problem and will prioritise your order then an email saying they have sent to the courier but the link shows it is fake.

If it seems too good to be true, then it probably is (or in this case - definitely is).
So I ordered some car mats for my step son's new (to him) car on 13th March, the money came out of my bank on the 14th and the mats just haven't arrived.
They promise a 5-7 working day delivery from order, so on the 8th day (the following Wednesday) there was no delivery - and no update in respect of a delivery.
I contacted them via email (as there is no phone number on the website - a rookie mistake I know...) No response, but a day later, I received a text from Hermes (Evri) saying that they were expecting my package. 4 days later and Evri still don't have the package and clearly, neither do I.
I've emailed Trade Mats again, asking for them to contact me to discuss - and as anticipated, there has been no response.
I've now contacted my bank in order to begin proceedings to reclaim my money.
