Even 1 star is way over. I purchase some mats for my Sandero. Several Weeks later they arrived. Sent them back as didn't fit my car. Had them signed for by CLARE SHEPARD so they received them. STILL AWAITING CREDIT OVER 4 WEEKS LATER . Emailed STUART JOHNSON several times and still no response. Don't touch them dodgy and poor quality and non existent customer service.

Avoid this company, they do not reply to e mails, seem just to take the money and run. Avoid Avoid Avoid..

BAD BAD, I order mats for my new car been waiting over a week now, sent 4 emails and had nothing back at all, yet they have had my money!!!! Cant find a number to call either AVOID AVOID AVOID
I will be taking legal action if I don't hear back from them

Took 20 days to arrive. Not very happy with quality....No reply to any of my emails. Absolutely disgraceful customer service - non existing.

Having read the reviews about this company after ordering mats, I was quite concerned about the very poor ratings, and thought I'd made a bad choice.. well all I can say is the reviews were not true in my case G!! I received my mats within the 5/7 days specified, they were first class exactly what I ordered and fitted perfectly. I was also able to track them from the point of order right through to them arriving at my front door in the time frame specified by the courier.. Well done TMD I'll definitely be using you again and would recommend you to anyone..

Ordered mats for MX5 mid June, £27.99..cheap but only £15 cheaper than genuine set.. nothing heard till 31 July after saying my order would be 5 to 7 days, now stated it was on it’s way and should be within a further five days, (6 weeks late) and I was to contact them if nothing heard...wrote back 8 days later demanding a refund and surprisingly two days later mats arrived. Surprised to see that despite ordering red edging and black mats I received a mix of red and pink edging on the same mat and the edging is detached from the mat base. Poor quality, which to a degree I didn’t expect top quality, but to have two colours of edging on one mat indicates that this companies quality control is run by an individual who could benefit from a trip to spec savers....lesson learned,.In this world you certainly get what you pay for...

Ordered mats for a Saab and they are top quality and fit better than my old mats. As these are made to order I was happy to wait the 8 days for my free delivery. I found it was cheaper to buy the more expensive grade carpet as P&P was free and there was only a difference of 10p from ordering the cheaper grade but having to pay P&P. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

It’s been a month since I ordered the mats and I’ve still not received them. Rang the company phone number (which is not easy to find) but had no response.
I paid via PayPal and have now logged a dispute about the company to try and get my money back.

Took 3/4 weeks to be delivered, doesn’t respond to emails, no contact number. The mats came and they were for Alfa Romeo & I have a Corsa. Said I wasn’t happy on an email & that I wanted a refund. They’ve sent me the right ones but still no refund after being told I’d have one 2 weeks ago

Got borderline abusive emails after chargeback raised!

Customer service and communication is non existent!
Ordered on the 30th April and delivered 20th May. Didn't respond to my emails and no telephone number.

Product okay, but wouldn't use again.

3 weeks delivery time, one of the four mats incorrect, no reply to emails, no contact phone number, no idea where to go from here. Not happy.

Quoted 5-7 days and it took almost three weeks, ignored some emails and when the product arrived, didn’t fit the round floor studs even though ordered for my car. Quality not brilliant either. Will not use again and certainly not recommend them.

Order placed 15th April, nothing yet. Sent several emails but no response. No contact phone number available. Just let me know are the mats coming.

Order mats for new car ordered was told delivery was 5/7days 3 weeks later after a number of emails to the company my mats turned up funniest thing was the mats came from a building 5mins away from my house yet took 3wks . No phone number no apologies just ignored I wouldn't order from them again all thought the mats are good quality

Not a very easy website to navigate. We thought we'd ordered red ribbed mats but on arrival they were just plain black. Checked the order and it said plain black but we know we selected red ribbed. Anyway, decided to keep since we couldn't prove we'd chosen red. Mats are OK but not brilliant quality for the price. Don't think they'll last too long. If it wasn't that standard mats won't fit my car I wouldn't have bought the ones supposedly branded for my vehicle. Slow delivery too, nearly a week longer than was quoted on ordering.

Text message sent to say item has been dispatched with random link that doesn't go to tracking.

Not received items.

So far awful service. 5 weeks so, paid but no product received and no answer to emails. Terrible.
