I ordered a set of mats for my car and tried to contact the company as they were very slow in arriving, when they did arrive they did not fit but still cannot get any reply to my e-mails and there is no telephone number.
I would advise anyone to not buy from them

No mats ever arrived. No response to numerous emails. No refund. Shocking service. Trade mats direct, if you read this please contact me.

Minus five stars is more reflective of Trademats. Like so many other reviews I'm sorry to say that my experience of this Company is one of total disappointment in their customer service which is non-existant. Non delivery of goods ordered, no response to emails requesting updates, resulting in cancelling the order and asking card provider to recall money paid.

Still waiting gor my order after 3 weeks and no reply

Mats took over 4 weeks to arrive
Wrong mats and not the super valour I paid for
No way of speaking with anyone from the company and they do not reply to emails
I will inform my bank to get my money back
Avoid this company at all costs

Ordered carmats on 22nd February still no mats,tried tracking but not successful, tried phone but no number, tried email no reply, not happy,reviews terrible, theft in my opinion, will be contacting my bank to get involved and police thereafter.

Seems like everyone is or having problems with this company.

I ordered mats in November, they took ages to come and then realised they were the wrong size and didn't fit few days after receiving them, straight away I sent them back and still had no refund. Ive emailed them and got ignored. This company is a joke, they should be shut down

Trademats direct (trading as) check companies house!

Brought mats for wife’s new car ..delivery very very slow , cross over year meant mats did not fit . Contacted company ,returned the mats next day at my cost .. company service the worst ever … many emails with no response , acknowledged received the mats back but nothing else …. Silent … avoid this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, i ordered matts from the months upon months ago initially I didn’t receive the matts for 2 months and then when they finally arrived they were the wrong year for my car so sent back and got no confirmation or communication from then on in. After a few months of waiting i sent them an email and yet no response. Funny that. Sent them another today demanding a full refund, although unlikely to see any of my money back for there poor excuses for lack of communication “it was in spam” “sorry didn’t get the email” “yes i will track that for you”… but no response then on in when i email back. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, if you are lucky enough to receive your product fair enough, however in my experience it might as well be considered a professional money grab .

SHOCKING! Avoid this company, I had to initiate a charge back after never hearing from the company. After they agreed to the refund they never issued it and so don’t trust them. Mats are poor quality and that’s being generous.

AVOID at all costs

After reading the reviews after i placed my order, i was very sceptical but my mats arrived in good quality and just over 2 weeks from order. However, don’t expect a reply from the company as I received none despite contacting them twice…

If only I could enter 0 stars I would.No reply to e mails until I cancelled my payment. Two weeks have now passed and after a few e mails I finally have had a reply asking me to reverse my chargeback on my credit card as the mats are now with the courier. Two weeks just to get them to the courier, or so they say. Avoid as the chances of you getting your items are very slim.

After reading reviews and mats taking a little longer to arrive than expected I was very sceptical. Mats arrived today and have to say these are very good quality and look great. Thank you.

Not even worth one star, ordered over a month ago told 3-5 working days still no mats and no replys from over five emails, had message from couriers saying parcel delivered, but I have not had it, no mats and looks like I've lost my money too, avoid these nasty rude people

I ordered a Car Mat on 28th Dec. Though they have committed 5-7 days delivery but the item is not received so far.
I have received a text on 10/01/2022 that my item was shipped with a tracking number. But, it looks like courier company has not yet received/picked up the item since last 5 days now.
This is Fraud company. Avoid...

Really disappointing! Ordered on 19 December and arrived today. Yes, I get Christmas and New Year will have an effect but still well over the 5 - 7 day delivery. Received a message on 21st to say they were in their way - yeah sure!

Sent two emails, one to their registered email account and one using their form - heard nothing!

So anyway, they arrive today and the quality is terrible! The stitching does not line up, under stitching is exposed and the cherry on top, one of the mats is missing the fasteners.

What a waste of my time and money. Avoid!

Great use of language on their website to make you think you are receiving good quality, customised mats - they are quite simply rubbish and look cheap - these are not going in my car!

Do not use this company...Very poor Quality mats. Took nearly 3 week to arrive and I will end up throwing them away and getting mats elsewhere. Check reviews before buying

One star is way over the top. Avoid this company if you can. The goods have not arrived and no one has answered any of my emails to complain that the promised delivery date has long since passed. No contact details, only a contact form which is clearly a complete waste of time.

I cannot believe how bad this company is. They take your money and hide their very presence being a decent looking website. I cannot believe I did not check them out beforehand. There is no phone number and no response to emails. I will instigate a chargeback from my bank and cannot stress enoughto anyone reading AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

After reading reviews I was a bit worried, but I received my mats, was a bit of trouble with the courier but the company sent out a replacement. Good customer service! Love my new mats, thank you!
