Tva phoned me to tell me order was ready to be dispatched. Took payment over the phone and I had my parts delivered 2 days later. Perfect.

Instructions of how to assemble could have been a bit clearer, but not TVA styling's fault

After the first use I am updating my review:
The rubber covers on the legs of the bars come off too easily - 1 has been lost after the first use. Additionally another one is split. Finally, the lockable covers are very fidally to start with, and unfortunately 2 of the barrels did not stay in the covers, so have had to be glued in to make them work.

No- my order was for Kia Sorento Silver Air II Cross bars lockable roof rack 2015 on; this is what I also received

Service was excellent. Delivered earlier than expected.

Helpful when I phoned the order in parcel arrived no problem

Parcel arrived all good to install
However bolts supplied to fit up right brackets to roof were to small !!
Making it impossible to fit Also Allen key supplied poor standard rounded off on 4 fitting

Have to travel to local nut & bolt supplier to obtain correct bolts

I have bought few items from this company, & to say that I am happy with my purchases would be an understatement, excellent products at very resonable prices. & above all a very quick delivery each time. Will certainly be using them again. Waiting now for my next purchase to arrive.

The delivery I paid for was promised in two days. Two days have passed and nothing has been delivered. The day after I placed the order (placed well before 2pm) TVA Styling told me that the parcel had been “consigned” but more than 24 hours later the courier company told me that they had yet to receive the parcel. Despite the delivery promise on TVA’s webpage the order was not delivered on the second day; and no delivery was made on the Saturday (third day) or the Sunday (fourth day). As a result I had vacated the delivery address before receiving the parcel. Attempts to contact the courier company did not bear fruit. Useless.

Had transit custom side steps wind deflectors and mirror covers fitted today excellent service from speaking to receptionist/advisor 2 weeks ago to fitting all items today all staff very polite and knowledgeable will be a returning customer even though we travelled from swansea thanks for 5 star ***** service

I bought a £130 set of roof bars which arrived on time.I unpacked carefully and attempted to understand the instructions and fit the roof bars which I could clearly see were not going to fit.Which did not make sense as it clearly stated on the screen that these would fit my vehicle.When I called to complain I was told that if I had looked at the photos on the site it clearly shows the profile of the fixing would not fit my vehicle never mind the message that clearly stated it would fit. I was told that they would send me by return a label to return the bars, which I printed off and returned the goods by parcelforce track and trace at a cost of £11
And a further £10 was deducted from my initial payment. I presume for the initial delivery charge or for administration costs. So this experience has cost me over £20. And I have now got the correct roof bars from another company.
Not a great retail/ internet shopping experience and definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Great value side steps for my Campervan. Quick delivery. Great customer service. Took side steps to be fitted and received an excellent service. Worth every penny. Highly recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you
