Truly transformative. I gained so much from this experience, far beyond a deeper understanding of the asanas. The more yoga teachers go above and beyond to deliver high quality teacher across a variety of topics. Leaving you with a greater understanding of the origins of yoga, how to interpret and practice this ancient tradition in modern day.
One of the greatest joys on the course was the sense of community that was created and lives on long after the final ceremony.

This teacher training helped me in ways that go way beyond yoga. It helped me find a community, a sisterhood, and a support system made of amazing women, teachers, and mentors.

Throughout the course, we learned 4 Vinyasa flows inspired by the 4 elements. I really appreciated how versatile this approach was - and personal style / individuality was always encouraged. Each module was taught by a different teacher, which exposed us to a range of perspectives and teaching styles.

I felt that I really had time to absorb the learning over the course of the 10 months. We also had guest speakers who were all excellent, each bringing unique knowledge and perspectives that enriched the course.

Overall, it was such an incredible experience and powerful first steps into the study and teaching of yoga. Now the yoga begins!

My course began with a week of training at a stunning former olive hacienda in the sun-drenched hills of Andalusia, Spain, where I had the chance to flow in the amazing Om Dome and relax by the pool. Back in London, we had classes one weekend each month. I had a really positive experience throughout the training and learned a lot along the way. The teachers were knowledgeable and supportive, and the course gave me a strong foundation to start my teaching journey. It also gave me the confidence to step into teaching, which I really appreciate. I’d definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their practice or begin teaching.

I undertook a 12 month course with an intensive week at the beginning. The course material was necessarily varied and thoughtfully constructed with outstanding teachers and guests throughout. Josh in particular was incredible, and brought the anatomy sections (amongst all others) to life with lots of colour and positive energy.

The training was truly transformative. We learned a variety of flows, were taught the mechanics of key asanas, and were given a clear structure for how to approach the development of flows/classes. We had plenty of space to practice and experiment, and find our voice and style as teachers. Just as importantly, we learned extensively about yoga philosophy and were given space to reflect and debate on what these principles mean in the modern context and how we can incorporate it into our teaching. It was amazing being in a community of like-minded individuals and I was grateful for having received the MoreYoga BIPOC scholarship. This enabled me to do the training at no cost - I wouldn’t have been able to afford it otherwise. Yoga has been a passion of mine for years so it’s nice to see that MoreYoga is committed to widening access.

Moreyoga YTT has been a great and unique experience turning a hobby into a way of living.
The different training options can fit the needs of the students (intensive, one year long, six months). The one year long provided an exceptional start in Spain followed by one weekend per month in London. The training covered basics on the asanas and the yoga philosophy, equipping the students with enough knowledge to graduate and start teaching. Many thanks to the hours the YTT support put in and to the teachers who really connected with us and shared their knowledge!

I had an amazing time on this course. A really good blend of philosophy and understand the physical, with an emphasis on how to make classes safe and accessible.

I really valued that the course wasn’t an intensive. It gave time to digest the information, and having the course in London rather than abroad means that I’ve got a really supportive community around me. I meet regularly with people from my course and MoreYoga provides really good opportunities post graduation that help build teaching confidence, like community classes and graduate auditions / workshops

I just finished this program, and it's an excellent, budget-friendly option to establish a solid foundation in yoga instruction while connecting with a wonderful group of fellow aspiring teachers. I found it particularly beneficial to begin with an immersive experience at a stunning location in Spain and then seamlessly integrate the remaining sessions into my routine over several months in London, all while maintaining my day job.

I've recently completed this and it's a great (and very affordable!) way to build a foundation in yoga teaching as well as get connected with a great cohort of other aspiring teachers. It really worked well for me being able to have a dedicated residential starting point (at a beautiful venue in Spain) but then being able to incorporate the rest of the sessions into my life over the next few months in London alongside my day job.

I did my yoga teacher training in 2021 with MoreYoga online.
At that time of CoVid everything felt very overwhelming and scary. However I still remember the day I have opened the laptop to attend my first day of training.
We were welcomed with a very supportive and encouraging team, professional and knowledgeable teachers.
The program was yet experimental as it was entirely held online , however we were all emerged by the modules that were exceptionally delivered by passionate and valuable teachers .
My experience during the training was great, given the coverage and depth of knowledge imparted. I have always looked at yoga as a lifestyle rather than a workout session, which echoed strongly with the teachers at that time.
Also for me a valuable point to highlight is this costant feeling of community, inclusivity in a supportive environment that makes it special.

I took a part in 2024/25 YTT 200h course. This was an amazing experience and I have enjoyed ever part of it. I could tell my progress was fast, teachers amazing and very engaged and course structured the way which enable students to gain the knowledge in steps ( very accessible for people who don’t have English as the first language)

The vinyasa yoga teaching training at more yoga was a wholesome experience. I had the opportunity to meet several teachers, with different approaches and expertises that made this journey incredibly enriching. Throughout the course, my friends and I have been taught about yoga philosophy/history, asana practice and anatomy, while also encouraged to make teaching a creative and personal experience.

As a recent More Yoga graduate I can't recommend this course enough. More Yoga has an ethos of inclusivity and that's what I found from start to finish on this course. I highly rate the quality of the teacher training and the combined knowledge of all of our teachers.

The Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at MoreYoga was an incredible experience that exceeded my expectations. The program was well-structured, blending asana practice, anatomy, and yoga philosophy in a way that felt both comprehensive and approachable. The instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, offering constructive feedback that helped me grow as both a practitioner and a teacher. I especially appreciated the emphasis on inclusivity and community, which created a safe and inspiring learning environment.

“If not now…When?!” This is what ultimately made me sign up to MoreYoga Teacher Training in 2023 and it is a decision that I am so so happy that I made! I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and always wanted to complete the 200hr training (mainly to deepen and enhance my own practice) but somehow always found a reason to delay. I think the universe guided me to MoreYoga! I loved that the course was part-time (to fit around other work commitments) and I really liked that the space inbetween training weekends allowed for skill consolidation and reflection! The teachers were fantastic, the course was well-rounded and balanced and the whole experience felt supportive and containing. I’ve also made friends for life, which was an added bonus. Oh…and I’m now teaching yoga and I absolutely love it!!

I trained with MoreYoga a couple of years ago and still believe it was the best decision I could have taken. The 200hrs program was spread of 6 months with classes on weekends. At the time this format worked perfectly for me as it allowed me to balance the learning with my other projects. The teachers were also great, each one brought to class their own style, focus, perspectives providing a hint of the big mosaic that yoga is. If you are thinking of embarking on a teacher training programme, I would definitely recommend MoreYoga for its versatility, friendliness, and for the possibilities it offers its graduates to begin a career in yoga.

I'm a current student and would highly reccommend the teacher training with MoreYoga. The teachers are wonderful - we had Luana and Josh who are both extremely knowledgable, supportive and kind. The course structure and cirriculum is good, as well as the communication and organisation from MoreYoga.

Highly recommend the MoreYoga teacher training. We had 1 week in Spain and then 1 weekend a month in Soho for 9 months. It is great it is spread out as there is time to learn and absorb the techniques in between. The teachers and support staff are superb - knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. After looking for a YTT for a long time I am so glad I went with MoreYoga. The course sets you up with so many skills from asana practice, philosophy, pranayama, meditation and anatomy. Deals especially well with injury management and prevention and setting you up for yoga teaching as a business. The learning is fun and interactive and I've met some fantastic new friends.
