We had a lovely trip, it was good to get away!

I found the Travel by Hannah email communications thorough, timely and clear without being too wordy. It was reassuring to hear they had sent customers to this hotel previously with good reviews and this was what confirmed my decision to go with this holiday.

It was the first time we had used Jet2Holidays, I thought they were friendly, to the point and their routines concise. The text service for example they offered to let us know the timings and instructions for our departure from the hotel was very helpful. They gave us a brochure of day trips on arrival which saved us having to attend the more traditional first day meeting in the hotel. This was definitely a preference for us.

The hotel was a little larger than I anticipated with more guests than I hoped. It was however very clean and the maid service was extremely thorough. The staff were friendly and polite and always happy to help. The hotel itself was situated on a busy main road but once inside the grounds this wasn't an issue. Unlike many new complexes Portes Beach hotel is set in mature grounds with many large trees and beautiful flower beds that had been thoughtfully planted offering a number of shady spots. The grounds were immaculate and the whole complex tastefully designed.

I was particularly impressed with the quality and range of foods available. The bread, feta, olives, fish and meat were delicious and the waiting staff were very attentive. The buffet area was constantly being wiped over and dishes topped up so the presentation was excellent too. The only downfall was that there was only one toaster available for the whole restaurant and so I think many people gave up on waiting in the queue for their morning toast.

The entertainment team were lovely putting on a range of activities daily from Pilates and yoga in the mornings to bingo and karaoke in the evenings. My ten-year-old son was mesmerised by one of the team's ability to perform magic tricks and he spent around thirty minutes teaching him tricks on a one-to-one basis.

We hired canoes for five euros each and a pedalo for ten euros which was great fun and we could watch the fish swimming below in the clear waters. The member of staff hiring out the equipment was very aware regarding changing wind conditions although he also had a very relaxed demeanour and was welcoming. It was good to know our safety was their priority.

The transfers to and from the hotel were straight forward, the coach clean and the driver helpful with our bags. The Jet2Holiday staff were helpful and instructed us clearly at the airport in Greece. The only negative was that on arrival at Bristol airport the coaches to the Silver Zone car park weren't running so we walked the 2.2 km with our bags back to the car park in the rain. There was a huge backlog of traffic around the airport with very little communication as to the reasoning.

Overall we were really pleased with this holiday. Thank you for your expertise at Travel by Hannah for helping us get away we are looking forward to our next adventure already!

Travel by Hannah arranged a weeks holiday to the beautiful island of Jersey for us. Sounds a simple brief but our needs were complex. The perfect accommodation was found, flights and transfers arranged, everything taken care of. Thank you for making our holiday so stress free and enjoyable, we'll be back!

Seamless booking for a complex trip. We wanted to stay in Croatia for a few days, board a separately booked sailing ship for 7 days and then return to our original location for a few more days. All hotels, flights and car parking were arranged and fine tuned quickly. Our holiday went very smoothly, even down to being advised that a Taxi at the airport would be the best way to transfer, and it was. Thanks once more to Travel by Hannah, we will be back soon to book our next trip.!

So we were treated like Royalty and the attention to detail was just amazing, even down to noticing that the car we had hired only had room for 3 bags (4 adults travelling) and we had a late flight home so we would be storing the luggage in the car until our late flight! Quick amendment and we had a bigger car organised - a real pleasure to deal with and we are planning our next family adventure.

Booking with Travel by Hannah was a fantastic experience. Hannah and her team were very professional and took the time to understand what we were looking for in a holiday. We will definitely use them again for our next trip!

Originally we wanted a Nike cruise but that didn’t with our dates so the team offered a multi centre alternative and it actually worked better for us, even organised an amazing fully guided day out to Egyptian museum, Pyramids and Sphinx which included lunch. The hotels chosen for us were also brilliant. Excellent service once again.

This was the first time we have used Travel by Hannah, after a holiday that we saw on social media caught our eye. The said holiday had been fully booked, but Hannah couldn’t have been more helpful and found us another lovely hotel there and then. We can’t wait for our trip in September!
We also enquired at the same time about a trip we’d like to take in 2026 and after leaving the information with Hannah, within a couple of hours we’d had an email with lots of information and companies to look at to help us make our decision. We can’t fault the customer service we received and will definitely be booking through them again.

Just back from another holiday organised by Travel by Hannah and the service from start to finish was once again excellent. This time was Egypt and they fulfilled my Husband’s dream of seeing the Pyramids with a brilliant guided day out that also included the Egyptian museum. I trust this travel agent implicitly.

I contacted Travel by Hannah to help arrange a long weekend to Nice for my daughters 30th. Lily from the team was fantastic. She came back to me quickly with various options depending on our budget. I found the prices very reasonable and I had booked our trip within a few hours !
