Quality backpack / suitcase + excellent communication
Customer service contacted me directly to let me know there will be a delay in my delivery, and offered to different products, which was super appreciated.
I said I was happy to wait, and they even included a small gift!
Very happy with both the product and the service, and would be very happy to purchase through the company again.

Great service and price
At first I was a bit suspicious about all the 5 star ratings, but after my purchase I can see why it's highly rated, I purchased my backpack and forgot to use my 10% discount promo, I sent an email and explained what happened and 10% was credited back to my account, the delivery was fast only took a few days, I highly recommend anyone wanting to make a purchase as it's a genuine company and had the lowest price even without the discount.
