Misleading
Misleading: I specially called up the company to ask how much the luggage weighed. On the specs and on the phone they told me 2.5 kg. In reality it weighs 3.95 kg, which when travelling with an allowance of 7kg only allows for 3 more kg.

Swissewin backpack - grey
Nice, strong, comfortable product.
Swissewin brand.
Prompt delivery.
The backpack is a little bigger than I needed, but that's on me.
It has pockets for everything I wanted it for and more. It even has loops for things like sunnies.
The only thing I'd add would be a loop inside to attach my key carabiner.

Not as good as I expected
One of the zippers is missing the part you pull which is disappointing as I can’t lock the bag. I also don’t like that the bag is not able to hold as much as I hoped. If I’d seen this bag in the shop I would not have bought it. It’s the risk of online shopping

Good quality
Received my travel case almost immediately quality is good & is as advertised. Lots of compartments & feels sturdy although I havnt used it for travel yet am looking forward to using on my next holiday. Am pleased with the company & the product.

Waterproof
I work on a mine site and just bought a swiss backpack from travellers home. It was on the back of a ute that went through a high pressure car wash bay .......with my laptop on it. NOT A DROP OF WATER INSIDE.

Excellent service
After extensive communication, I ordered on line. Delivery was extremely fast ( a few days) & I was very impressed with the product quality.
