Ordered a running belt part for our vision fitness treadmill was very helpful when I called, thank you so much.

Did not plan on ever having to replace the walking tread on my Proform 600i, but, surprise surprise, one day I discovered it was shredded and had folded in half?! Off to the internet search we go and low and behold, Treadmill Doctor comes through in the clutch with the exact replacement, quick delivery time and some extra screws included for the transplant. Thank you Treadmill Doctor!

A great experience! I purchased a treadmill belt for my older treadmill. I wasn’t sure I would still be able to find one. Treadmill Doctor came through. Not only was it affordable and available it shipped on time without hassle and was the right one. Even the manufacturer couldn’t do that. Theirs were on back order.

Lastly the device would have someone it has a preprogrammed routine but the label is does reflect the device capabilities

Using treadmill doctor I list the external speakers the fan the all the programs but I at least have straight forward working treadmill

Made my trouble shooting and repair very easy.

Service was good. Parts arrived on time and as stated.
Unfortunately could not get the treadmill to work and had to trash it.
Vendor has a very good recycling effort for electronic parts— to be commended

The power inverter for our treadmill went and the Doctor had a replacement part that worked great in our Nordic Track Treadmill

I chatted with them and found the right part. They sent me a link and a coupon to order it. It arrived in a couple of days and worked perfectly.

The product is working great. Though the picture online and the one that came in the mail were very different.

The information and instructions given to me were very specific and made the replacement of the deck go exactly as it was described. The extra hints regarding using the old deck as a template made the job go a lot easier.
