Ordered a part that was backordered. It arrived within 15 days of ordering it. I thought it would be months. It was packaged very well and it was exactly as described. I would definitely order from them again.

Great customer service
The treadmill walking belt I ordered last year started to break in about sixth month. I contacted treadmill doctor by email with photos. Jojie, the customer service representative, helped me resolve the problem promptly. I received a replacement belt in a few days. Although I have to replace the belt again, I’m happy for the service. How to fix L2 problem

Replacement of the defected tradmill
Replacement of the defected tradmill is good only confused is pickup and delivery. There were two drivers showed up one for just pickup and the other was for delivery and pickup. Otherwise we are happy with Treadmill Doctor service.
