I ordered a bike with the helmet, gloves, and safety goggles kit. I only received the bike.

Great fast shipment, simple finish assembly, checked oil, added fuel and test started. Fired right away and excited to give my son his first experience with motorcycle life!!

No issues and will highly recommend Tribal Motorsports to anybody and everybody!!

Ordered the four-wheeler after speaking to customer care giving me instruction on what to except during delivery , The Four wheeler arrived soon than excepted and im still waiting to uncrate due to it being a Christmas gift, so far great expectations.

Hi, the Quads arrived in a decent amount of time. The fuel line to the Vicotti was not hooked up, and the front rack on the Tao has a crack where one of the bolts was over-tightened. Aside from these 2 small issues, everything was great. Overall we're happy.

fast shipping, placed my order on a mon , received that Thursday !! no instructions with atv that's why not giving them 5stars. but with a lil common sense and experience took at a hour .

Shipping was fast and it wasnt too hard to assemble what we had to. I'm not yet sure they run. We haven't had a chance to operate them. They look really nice.

Very difficult with scheduling delivery. Felt really pressured to have it delivered at a time that was not convenient for me.
The battery took way longer to charge then what was stated. Never left it being charged beyond the required time but had to charge multiple times...

Fast shipping everything was in good shape but the battery on the ATV was DOA need a replacement

So far so good - item arrived earlier than expected - haven’t uncrated yet as it’s a Christmas present but will follow up after we fire it up ... thank you for keeping me updated with texts and calls from carrier - couldnt be happier with the experience to date - you guys rock!!

We received the go kart and it was difficult to assemble, as there was no manual with the machine. It took 4-5 hours for 2 guys to assemble and some parts were missing. Other than that, it is very well built and the kids are really enjoying it.

We are missing some bolts. After riding it for two days it burned oil and spraying out of the exhaust! Not to happy with that!

The order was received within timeframe quoted. When the bike arrived it was lying on its side and had multiple scratches to the plastics, block and handle. The bike also does not start. When I reached out to the warranty department they are not willing to refund the cost of shipping because shipping is non-refundable. I the customer did not expect to receive a damaged non-functioning bike when I ordered or I certainly would not have paid nearly $1200 for it.

!!Update!! - Working with the warranty department, we came to a mutual agreement to resolve the shipping issue. Charging the battery was the fix to the issue. I have updated my rating to 3 stars.

The website was easy to use and shipping was fast. We received a well package product but the product itself has issues. The entire electrical system is faulty. The machine will not start like supposed to and headlights do not work. Luckily my husband is savvy with wiring harnesses. Otherwise Tribal Motorsports provided a nice shopping experience.

This was a great experience except verbal communication with tribal motors was iffy at best

Product was delivered and transportation agency was very flexible, however 2 parts were damaged. I tried calling the number to speak with someone, but no answer so I left a voicemail. Still waiting on a response. The go kart was the product that was damaged.

So far so good. They called to let me know the color I wanted and ordered was unable for several months so they changed it to another color with my consent. I have not actually received the item yet.

When assembling the ATV there were parts missing to put on the right rear tire. washer, dust cap washer, cotter pin and a slotted hex nut are missing. Looked to me that they rattled off during shipping. Also the right front brake hub cover (part number 39) was broken therefore not allowing the brake to function correctly

The bike was delivered extremely quickly and the delivery company were excellent. I paid for the bike to be put together and it was. The only problem was there was no instruction manual or stickers for the bike.

Everything on the site is out of stock except pre orders and it says receive as early as 1 week if you order in the next 5 hours. And so i paid for faster shipping because i wanted it for company witch was coming from out of town. Then come to find out it doesn't even arive for a month. Can't back out of purchase and order from dealer around here because i took out financing on it grrrrrr not cool
