I'm giving it 5 stars because the bike is beautiful. Quad got here extremely fast. The only real issue is it dont have any real instructions for assembling. Being I have done these things entire life made it go smoother. Would 100%reccomend the Coolster brand and at this point reccomend Tribal Motor Sports. Easy to order. Really fast delivery. Quad got here in less than a week.

I ordered 2 go karts for my twins. One in June, one in July. We have had problem after problem after problem with the go kart ordered in June. It's been to a local shop now 3 times and it's now believed the engine is bad. I've replaced the carburetor twice (first one sent by the company was the wrong one), starter plug, throttle cable, and shifter. My daughter hasn't been able to ride it in MONTHS (it's only 4 months old). Customer service is hard to reach and honestly, don't care. Once you make a purchase, you're pretty much on your own. Don't purchase from this company, you'll regret it, guaranteed.

I'm not one to leave reviews and fuss much, but being a single mom and having to save up money to make a purchase like this, only to have one not work has been horrible. When we first started having multiple problems and I contacted the company, I asked for a return/refund, they would never go for that. Instead now, here I am, trying to come up with more money to fix a brand new go kart. Not fair. Don't purchase from them. Please. Your kids will be disappointed. I know mine are.

They dropped it off in a really inconvenient place in my drive way.. but we made it work

If I could give zero stars I would. Received my Trailmaster challenger UTV with no assembly/instruction manual. After repeated attempts I have still not received a manual - although they did send me half ass YouTube links and a parts manual for similar UTVs, none of which provided any help.

The first time out on the UTV the muffler broke off and now it will not go forward or backward - transmission is fried with a 9 year old and 7 year old riding it. I contacted them and said it could not be returned, but I could submit a claim with the warranty company. Apparently Tribal Motorsports is simply a middle man - they sell you a piece of s*+# and then hang you out to dry. I would not recommend buying anything from them - ever!

This review is based on not only Tribal Motor Sports, but also the Coolster 125 R2 ATV. This review is lengthy but covers everything I’ve experienced so far with this company and with this bike.

I ordered a Coolster 125 R2 on June 11, 2020. It finally arrived SEPTEMBER 9th, 2020. Yeah... nearly 3 months later. I get that COVID has things screwed up right now, but that is unacceptable. I even paid for the “expedited shipping”...I want my money back for that. The people claiming that theirs arrived within a week or so during this COVID lockdown are full of it. Tribal Motor Sports’s excuse to me was that the manufacturer used to ship 250 bikes per week but due to COVID, only 5 per week were being shipped.

The ATV arrived on a full length tractor trailer, which can’t navigate through my neighborhood due to overhead power lines. So I had to grab a friend with a pickup truck and meet the driver about 2 miles away. Not a huge deal, but I expected it to be delivered to my home.

The box looked damaged, but I figured I’d take my chances with it...I’m NOT waiting another 3 months for a replacement. My 9 year old has been pretty patient for this already.

The ATV arrived on a pallet, with a metal cage around the bike, and the whole thing wrapped in cardboard and plastic. The metal cage was bent in a few places, but the bike was not damaged other than a few minor blemishes in the vinyl wrap (paint scheme).

The assembly took my friend and I about 90 minutes to complete. No instructions, but honestly, not complicated. You’ll have to connect the handlebars, the steering linkage, the racks, and the wheels. All of the hardware is included as well as some junk tools. It’s easier if you have a metric socket set...10mm and 13mm, plus open end wrenches. You’ll also need to add the electrolyte to the battery, then charge the battery before use. It comes with a cheap battery charger. We used a good car battery charger and it was complete by the time the ATV was assembled. Start charging before assembly. Also, when we put the battery into the box, the battery retention strap broke. Upon inspection, the retention strap appeared to be dry rotted on the end that broke. A couple of zip ties is keeping the battery in place now.

Once it was assembled, we noticed that the exhaust was not properly made. The exhaust pipe goes UNDER the frame where the right foot rest is. There’s plenty of room for it to go above the frame. The problem is that with already low clearance, if the exhaust hits a rock or other hard object, the pipe could get a hole in it, or worse yet, break where it connects to the engine. That is not on Tribal Motor Sports, but a clear manufacturing defect. Before my son rides, I have to go to an exhaust shop and have that fixed. More money on a brand new bike.

Make sure you check the oil before starting the bike. Mine had oil in it, but it’s still best to check. Anyway, there was a sticker on the seat cover that says to ride the ATV for 30 minutes or so at 5-10 MPH, then replace oil with 10w30. You should instead use 15w40 which is Jaso ma/ma2 certified. Shell Rotella 15w40 seems to be preferred in many online forums that I’ve read. Autozone and Advanced Auto should carry it. I could only find it in a gallon size jug and you’ll need less than a quart of it per oil change.

Once the assembly was complete, I added 93 octane gas (personal preference) and the bike started right up! The bike has enough speed for a 9 year old in my opinion. There’s almost no power though. It got stuck in a small drainage ditch that is approximately 2 inches deep and 4 inches wide. Not sure why that happened, but the front tires were in the ditch and I had to get off the bike and push it until the tires were on flat ground again. When he and I ride on trails, I’ll have to keep a tow rope with my ATV.

**UPDATE - the choke was not all the way off. After turning the choke off all the way, there seems to be plenty of power for a 9 yr old.**

Communication with Tribal Motor Sports is a pain. Their online chat tool may show that someone is online to talk to, but I’ve never been able to talk to them using that tool. Their phone number can be difficult to find on their web site. The only number that I found that worked is (405) 777-2833. Even then, you’ll have to leave a voicemail and hope they call back they same day.

**UPDATE - My son has ridden his bike a few times now. He does have some prior experience riding. He was able to handle this bike very well. The throttle limiter is still in place and his top speed is about 22 mph. Power is ok for him.**

Overall, I’d give Tribal Motor Sports ZERO stars out of 5 (or out of 100) due to their lack of communication, misleading shipping times, and inability to deliver a product as advertised. I’d give the Coolster 125 R2 3 stars out of 5 due to the price being good, but problems such as the exhaust and lack of power.

Got the crate home, started unpacking and got into it! Not very good directions but used common sense and put it together. Little over a hour though. Gas and go. Break in time!!!

The overall experience with Tribal Motorsports was pretty good. I ordered my bike and it was shipped out 3 days later. Recieved it 3 days after that. I’m giving them a 4 out of 5 only because the lack of communication. After the initial purchase I didn’t hear from them until day 3 when I asked for a update on the order. The bike was delivered with some paint chipping however I do not believe this was tribal motorsports fault as they drop ship the bike to you straight from Tao motors warehouse. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely buy another bike from these guys.

We have not put it together yet... but we are very wowed & pleased so far.

Ordered a 50cc bike for my sons birthday. Bike showed up on time and he was so excited to ride it. Took it out for a ride and everything was great. Went to refill the gas tank and the base part for the gas tank came off with the gas cap, basically making the bike unrideable until that is fixed. Contacted Tribal Sports via email (since apparently there is no phone support for Customer Service). They said to submit a Warranty Claim and the replacement part would arrive within 5-6 days. That was over 2 weeks ago! The only communication they have had with me is when I reach out asking what the status is. The last email which I received today stated that they are waiting to hear back from the Manufacturer and they’ve done everything they can on their end. This is unacceptable. I bought a bike which was defective and ridden 1 time. I can’t get a response as to when I’ll get the new part. I understand that times are crazy right now with COVID, however I spent money on a bike that is defective and feel like I’m getting the run around. I didn’t buy the bike from the manufacturer, I bought it from Tribal Sports. All I want is some information as to when the bike will up and running again. As one can imagine it’s very frustrating and disappointing that my son was only able to ride 1 time and we have 0 idea if the part will be here tomorrow, 3 months from now or sometime next year!
