It made it easy for invitees to participate. Also allowed me to take their video and upload for them when they couldn't get to it.
Editing was easy.

I did find it a little challenging since it's my first time hosting to find the view videos and edit page.

I was looking for a meaningful gift that would be sure to touch their heart and have real meaning and this is it! My recipients laughed and cried and then they watched it again and again. The Tribute process was simple and the response from the support team was friendly and fast. I highly recommend Tribute and would absolutely use them again.

The process was very easy and so helpful in sending reminders. We had a good turn-out of people who submitted responses, and the finished product turned out great! I can't wait to show it to her!!

Final product was amazing! Tribute made it so easy! Music was automatically added, videos appeared to be edited perfectly so that there was no dead air before or after participants spoke. The birthday intro they added to the beginning of the Tribute was perfect. Creating this beautiful birthday tribute for my dad's 80th birthday was one of the most meaningful things I have ever done for him. We laughed and cried watching it. Just perfect!

This was such an awesome way to help wish our daughter a Happy Sweet 16 when so many of our family lives across the country. It was awesome.

The customer service/support help was great. I appreciated their helpful responses. I love the convenience of the service.

Though I was using Firefox and eventually also tried chrome, I kept getting the message window that tribute works better on those browsers and I should switch browsers.

I don’t have a computer so I did most of the interaction with my phone and iPad and I wasn’t able to edit much that way. I ended up borrowing a laptop at the last minute to add and arrange photos which was very helpful. I would love for the mobile version to to have the same functionality.

Finally all my email invitations from tribute initially went to peoples spam. A friend asked if “this tribute email from you” was legit and that’s how I learned no one had gotten the tribute invites. So I ended up emailing /texting the tribute link to people.

That sums up the issues that came up for me. Overall I was very glad to have the service as a hub to organize and receive all the videos. I like how the service adds the music and transitions to make the whole video cohesive. Also glad to have the tribute support folks to help with my questions. Thank you!

Everyone I communicated was kind and courteous. But the process was awful for me. The editing software is extremely limited with what can be done. Preview apparently does not always reflect the actual tribute. Concierge assistance is extremely limited and many of my requests were unable to be fulfilled. That all said, the tribute came out nicely in the end. But it took way too much of my time to get it right.

"On paper" it seems easy enough and straight-forward, but it took a long time to edit the sequence of videos because the website was super glitchy and I kept having to refresh in the middle of moving things around. One of the videos just uploaded as an image and I should have viewed it to make sure it was correct, but I didn't and that one is lost from the final product. The final product turned out fine though. I wish there was a way to edit each video other than just trimming it. I'd like to have taken parts out of some of them, but not necessarily the beginning or ending. Overall, it turned out fine

I love the idea and concept of the Video Tribute but I don’t like the restrictions on how to navigate and manage my page. It was very difficult to change the names of the individuals who made their videos but didn’t add their names so it automatically generated my name under their videos. I followed all the steps advised and it never worked. I don’t like that there was no option for gospel music. I don’t like the option that I could only choose Birthday and it was for Birthday & Retirement! The cover page only indicated birthday so some people missed the retirement in their tribute. I don’t like that the cost is not mentioned upfront. This was a major disappointment and more options should be added for the cost. My final video was no different than the preview. You all didn’t change anything because there was no options available and if there were, I couldn’t navigate it. The last thing is that I had to use my desktop to complete the order and make changes. My video was late going out due to this issue. Your system should be compatible for changes on cell phones or iPads. Thanks!

My finished video has an error. It glitches out less than 1 minute in. Customer service via email has not been timely or responsive to help me.

The best thing this site does is contacting everyone. But I would like reminders to be sent via text not just email. Gathering everyone’s emails would have taken me hours, sending texts is a lot easier.
Also, need more editing capabilities. Was unable to cut clips at all so downloaded the whole Tribute & used iMovie for further editing.

It is a fairly simple program to figure out, but a bit glitchy. I would often have to get out and get back in to get features to "work" correctly. Overall the final was great.

Love this tool to make a tribute video for friends and colleagues. Would love it more if the intro and outro "Tribute" music could be deleted. Would also like more video editing tools (better ability to transition between videos, add time, cut time, etc.)

User friendly and easy to gather items from a large group!

Easy to follow instructions. I liked being able to add photos, music and transitions. My final video looked really good!
