Had a great trip to Barcelona arranged by tripAbrood. There were lots of changes to the booking needed because of delayed passports and storms in our original destination (Porto) and within a few hours our booking had been changed to sort out all of that. From the minute we first booked to arriving back the team have been wonderful. Thank you so much 👏👏

Excellent user experience.
I was able to find a hotel within seconds. I also used the live chat function to see if it matched/ was more competitive than my original booking (had one booked directly). It was! I also had the opportunity to check the bedroom configuration to ensure it was right for my family! All done while I was multi tasking on a zoom call.

Absolutely wonderful. Fab apartment, sunset views, right next to the beach. Close to playgrounds, coastal walks, restaurants.

We booked our half-term family break to Tenerife through the TripAbrood concierge service. We actually knew the hotel we wanted - but we were struggling with finding the right room. Victoria from the concierge team found room availability that we couldn't find elsewhere and also saved us money. We'll be booking with TripAbrood again. Great service.

From beginning to end, the experience and support was 1st class. For a short 2 day trip I had particular needs that in the end were handled personally, and it could not have been better. All my details and needs were handled in the best possible way and the hotel stay went with out any issue. To top it off, when I got to my room, I had a note and a bottle of wine waiting for me from tripAbrood - an unnecessary but very welcome surprise. Great team, great site, I will use again 😀

Superb experience in booking through TripAbrood for our visit to the historic city of Chester. The matching search process took just a few minutes to provide us with a good shortlist of hotels to meet our needs. We chose the Grosvenor Hotel and had a great experience staying at the Grosvenor Hotel. 4 star hotel going on 5 star with its elegant service and distinguished building. Nice touch with the TripAbrood welcome letter and bottle of wine . All contributed to make our one day stay in Chester a special experience.
