HOW AWFUL! Last Tuesday I visited the Cedar City Tropical Smoothie to try the new TROPIC BOWL. After being told they were still frozen on Monday and could not order one I finally got to try it on Tuesday 1-30-24. AWFUL!!! I purchased the OATMEAL BOWL. All the bananas were brown and the blueberries were mushy. They must be totally frozen. YUCK for $10. GO TO JAMBA! They have great bowls that are FRESHLY MADE FOR YOU!

Absolutely awful. It’s twice now we have come to this store and they weren’t able to make food.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is amazing!! From the delicious food and smoothies, to the customer service, it is always a good visit!! I’ll be back for sure!!

When Tropical Smoothies opened up close to our house we were really happy. My husband and I probably go twice a week and we’ve been very happy. But I went to pick up two of their bowls today and it wasn’t good. Much-Much smaller and hardly any fruit. The granola was different and even the oats were different. It’s obvious they’re having employee problems because I hardly ever see the same people. Whoever is working there now and I’m including their management team is doing a very poor job. I’ll wait awhile and then try them again but if the same thing happens my husband and I are done with them. They charge too much for bad food. No professionalism displayed either. This is the 146th St store in Noblesville.

Ordered their detox drink. They added ice to it and watered down where it tasted like NOTHING!

I been waiting for 30 mins for my order which I ordered online. While I was waiting I watched 5 other customers come in after me and place an order and got there food before me. The staff member told me that it was because of the 3 items I ordered was a lot of food. Customers are still coming and placing orders and I'm still waiting for my order that I called in and pre-ordered

Tropical Smoothie FL205 501 N ORLANDO AVE Ethan Riggs greeted me with a smile and he went above and beyond by explaining to me that the mango munson was not available but recommended the island green. It was an amazing choice. He repeated my order and prepared my food as I began to leave once again he greeted me with a smile. He is very professional along with other staff members: Xavier and Mykia. Thanks Tropical Smoothie for your amazing professional staff who ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND on services.

I visited the tropical smoothie cafe location in 721 East Sunset Drive Waukesha WI USA 53189. I must say Brandon was exceptional in his customer service and his tremendous ability to help me. After getting my order mixed up he ensured I was well taken care of and I got my order replaced in no time. He made the process simple and amazing and for this I will always be going back to visit this location. Thank you Brandon for being awesome at your job.

I LOVE this place. I believe they have the best buffalo chicken wrap. But, the last 2 times I've ordered it, I've noticed the ranch has changed. It doesn't even taste like ranch and it is so sweet. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! Why do restaurants always have to ruin a good thing!?!? UGH - this would have been a 5 star review because the store in Blue Ash, OH is excellent but I just don't even want/like it anymore because the ranch is not good. :( SO SAD!!!!!!!!

I’ve been to three different stores and the service has been atrocious. The orders take over 20 minutes to fill in the service is really bad. They do not focus on one order at a time and are constantly interrupted. they really need to standardize their service.

Avon, Indiana - Went in to order avocado grilled cheese, just to be informed they no longer sale it. There is nothing else on the menu I like. Sorry, but I will never be back.

I placed an online order. I ordered 2 quesadillas and a smoothie. Upon picking up at arrival time, the quesadilla machine was done. I went to the pick up area for my order, did not see it so I waited. Nobody else was in there. 1 staff member looked at me, and ignored me. The other was in the back also ignoring me. I then walked to the register, said excuse me, but was still ignored. The employee then walked past me, and sat down at a table behind him with some other person, im assuming a friend. I have never been treated so poorly by someone, let alone someone working in the service industry where I paid to have food prepared and picked up. Both employees working need to be fired. It was very disrespectful.

This company does not have a sanitation schedule. I ordered online and gave them twenty minutes to get prepare. I get there, the bathroom door was blocked by trash cans, the trash cans were full and the employees were in the back having a grand time. When I recognized my smoothie I picked it up and had to wait an additional 15 minutes to be acknowledged. When the clerk asked me what I ordered, I informed her she had half the order because she made the smoothie. She proceeded to make my chicken wrap 40 minutes after the order-- I declined because there were two customers in the store, and one arrived after my arrival. With the attitude, I wasn't comfortable with my food being prepared by someone who acted like it was a privilege for her to serve me a sandwich that I paid for. When I called corporate it went from bad to worse. I think these people just take money unauthorized for cash flow! Never again!

My issue is not at all with the Cafe but with corporate. I've called corporate now 6 times and left messages. Only once I was called back by someone from corporate who said she was on vacation and very disappointed in her fellow workers for not responding to me. She could do nothing for me. I continued to call and only got the run around. Told I'd "be called back by a supervisor in 2 minutes and when she says 2 minutes it means 2 minutes". Well that was 15 hours ago. The increase in points needed for free smoothies w/out more points given for product is absolutely ridiculous and greedy. I called bc I forgot to scan in Cafe and wanted them to put my points on my account as the owner of the Cafe couldn't do so and my phone wouldn't scan or allow me to enter the code. Still nothing. That's 6 times now I've lost points for either an $8 smoothie or $16 for 2. With the greedy new rules that would have taken me to my free smoothie and I'd be done with them. I called before this ridiculousness to complain about the points, asking them to give more points for money spent but never a call back. I'll continue to leave these well-deserved awful reviews of tropical smoothie wherever I can and continue to inform anyone and everyone I know about their new greedy policy. Greedy corporations like this are absolutely disgusting! The CEO is a millionaire but can't give whats rightfully owed to the people who make his lux life possible. I have half a mind to start a boycott! If not for the customers, they wouldn't even be able to remain in business. I'll continue to call until I receive what I know I rightfully deserve - my points - and let them now how pathetic I think they are while I'm at it. Simply don't offer free anything ever to begin with if this was the end goal. So sad and pathetic!

Ordered from the Lawrenceville GA location at 650 and my order was supposed to be ready at 712. I arrived at 720 and only the smoothie was ready. The young man was very polite and looked to be the ONLY person really workin. After an additional 8 minutes of waiting I requested a refund and the "fake manager/ shift Manager had a MAJOR ATTITUDE PROBLEM once I requested a REFUND! I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Cedar Bluff,TN location served me 4 wrong orders in just a few weeks. Put strawberry in my smoothie, I can’t have that since I’m allergic. Forgot my side with one of my meals, put ranch on my wrap a few days ago and also got cold sweet potatoes as my side today. I hate putting bad reviews out here but this isn’t good at all.

Staff member, Jess, is extremely rude and confrontational to her own detriment. Made a complaint and have yet to hear from the manager or the owner. No worries though, most people don’t consider Tropical Smoothies REAL smoothies anyway. They NEVER have to worry about me spending my money in ANY location EVER AGAIN. I will also, in my spare time, make an effort to write reviews on every platform possible. It will be enjoyable : )

Service was friendly.I ordered a bahama mama and it was good but not great. Too much strawberry not enough other flavors. Next time I’d order without the strawberry so I can actually taste the coconut, pineapple and white chocolate. Which is the reason I ordered it. Other than that my experience was good and I’ll definitely be going back.
