I have been a customer of Trudon for many years and have enjoyed their products. However, this time I placed my order on 08.03.26 expected delivery 13..03.26 nothing has arrived, it is stuck in a warehouse in France according to the tracking. I have contacted Trudon ‘customer service’ several times, only to be fobbed off with platitudes that they were trying to sort it out and thank you for your patience. Any reasonable business would have resent my order. They haven’t refunded my money after me asking them to either. I don’t know what’s happened with this company but it is failing very badly with its non existent customer service. An absolute disgrace.

expensive but well worth every penny, I keep trying other perfumes but find myself going back to Gabriel. I've never tried candles, that's obviously their origins, but I love their perfumes - it makes you appreciate truly complex scents

Wonderful shop at Seven Dials in London. The staff are delightful and extremely knowledgable. I love their products, Gabriel is my favourite scent.
I have contacted their HQ/website contact a couple of times. They have responded but more factual and took 2-3s to get a reply.
Regardless, love the products. Yes, possibly a bit over priced but doesn’t stop me buying now and again!

I purchased this candle (Josephine, 270 g) expecting a luxurious experience given the hefty price tag. Unfortunately, it has absolutely no scent, even after burning for hours. For the cost, I expected much better. Not to mention that the candle was damaged.
This was a very disappointing purchase, and I would not recommend it.

Yesterday I was served by the most patient, charming and knowledgeable staff at the Covent Garden shop in London. Michel and Kate were struggling with the till but they were calm and worked down the line and none of us were rushed rather treated like an old friend, offered coffee and introduced to new scents, I had not considered. If you need candles, coffee or care, I urge you to go to Cire Trudon in Covent Garden and see 'my lovelies' and be spoilt. Oh - today - Saturday, I realised needed more candles but I was unable to return to the store, I called Michel and he offered to take my order and dispatch them to me. What customer service. Bravo.

I love Trudon products and have many. I have been to the Covent Garden shop several times and they are always absolutely brilliant. It’s rare to have sale assistants genuinely assist and be willing to spend time talking you through the products in such a helpful and friendly way. Michel and the lady there have both spent a considerable amount of time with me and been so helpful. They are a really excellent team. Thank you.

The products are good, but the service is ghost. I ordered a defuser refill and they sent me someone elses order with a condolences note! I tried to contact them via their webpage and email, no response. I waited 10 days and emailed again, no response. I feel sorry for the family who received a random diffuser refill instead of the candle and note.
If you must buy I Suggest buying trudon at libertine perfumery to avoid issues.

My teen daughter and I visited Trudon, Seven Dials London, a truly beautiful little gem. We were greeted by the charming Michel, he is incredibly knowledgable with lots of interesting facts about the fragrances. I bought 100ml Medie.
Michel gave my daughter a different fragrance sample which he thought suited her, a fragrance of the Goddesses! She was delighted! We will be back for scented candles next time. Thank you Trudon, your staff are a credit to you.

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous hour with Tiffanie at the Trudon store on Monmouth Street in London. Tiffanie is an absolute delight and so knowledgable about the Trudon products. We had such fun selecting a candle and left with the divine Gabriel scented candle and a couple of samples. I highly recommend you call in if you are in the area. I am looking forward to another visit in the Spring.

We had the most wonderful and happy experience with Michel and Kate at Trudon. Michel is a font of knowledge and explained to my friend and myself how the stunning perfumes are created. It was enchanting and captivating - we both bought perfumes (Medie and Bruma), I also bought the stunning room spray in Ernesto. Would highly recommend a visit to see Michel and Kate to lift your spirits and to enjoy the ultimate shopping experience.

We were served by Zara after strolling into the shop to see what they had to offer. She explained all about their products, let us experience the scents, we felt no pressure to purchase anything. We did buy a box of sample perfumes and she gave us lots of extras, especially when she found out it was my birthday. Her customer service was excellent and made the experience of being in the shop really enjoyable.

Disappointed in their customer service and communication; I didn’t receive any emails with shipping or tracking information, even after I emailed them requesting that information. Plus I was offered a few choices of samples at checkout, but didn’t receive anything except the items I ordered. No samples, and no explanation for why they were missing. And I was really looking forward to trying out some new fragrances! I emailed to find out, and never received a reply.

I was served by Patricia at Cire Trudon in Selfridges. She was passionate and knowledgeable about the brand and helped me in making my choices. Gorgeous products and wonderful customer service. Highly recommend.

Just as with others commenting here, five weeks after my order was placed, and despite multiple emails exchanged, my goods never materialised.

On the alleged second attempted delivery they were sent to the wrong customer who kindly contacted me - though just why are Trudon including personal customer details in their packing slips?!

This customer hasn’t received their items either but was told to return my box to Trudon and they’d immediately resend to me. They didn’t. They have no official complaints procedure and I’ve had to constantly chase them for information on the whereabouts of my order.

Interestingly I also had the supposed ‘free gift’ of matches with my order and perhaps that’s the issue with UK customs- so remove them, advise the customer and send the other goods though maybe also do your homework re free offers customers can’t actually have which is in itself unfair and misleading.

Trudon has had £190 of my money for over five weeks now and not a promise they made to resend my goods has ever happened. Had to raise a transaction dispute with my bank today.

Shocking service from a luxury brand and inexcusable customer service.
Avoid.

Awful customer service. They shipped my order with matches, which aren't accepted in to UK customs but didn't bother to inform me. I had to chase this up as my order was taking ages to arrive. They offered to eventually send a new order without the matches, but I never received any tracking link to a new order. I contacted customer services and they sent a blunt email informing they were working on it. By this point I was just sick of Trudon's rubbish customer service and asked for a refund. Still waiting on my refund as they ignore emails, essentially breaking UK consumer law.

Embarrassing customer service for a 'luxury' candle company. I'll stick to Diptyque going forward who are brilliant!!

Avoid Trudon.

Worst customer service I ever experience. Basically there is no customer service. Do not bother buying direct from Trudon. Loyalty points that doesn't exist. Displaying in CAD dollars but it's really all in USD. I will not be a returning customer. They should remove that a customer rep will answer your email in the next 48 hours which is completely BS. RUN AWAY!!!!

Trudon are scammers. The overcharged is by charging a customs fee, and then they didn’t label the box correctly as we got stung with a customs fee. They have not paid us back despite acknowledging their mistake. The candle also came damaged - candle was completely wobble (can fall out of the glass), chunks were missing and there was wax all over the glass on the outside. The packaging was also broken. Horrible customer service with no one responding to us.
