Mike from True Cost Mortgages was extremely helpful and guided us through our remortgage process. We’ve never remortgaged before, as we only bought our first house two years ago. Mike really took it into consideration, explained everything and kept us updated throughout the process.
The deal found for us was great, better than anything I could find online. Throughout the process, we were given access to the online portal, where we could read our updates and upload all the necessary document, e.g statements, payslips etc.
The process itself was extremely quick, straightforward and efficient.
