Discovered this place after having not such a nice experience elsewhere. Shelbie has been absolutely great and made me feel really comfortable from day 1. This place is very professional and are amazing at what they do and take such pride in their work. I can’t recommend Truhair enough.

Really good customer service. After having my hair done I wanted more hair taking off, I called and spoke to the staff and was asked to come back. I went in a was seen straight away and had my hair cut again for no extra charge.

The quality of care and attention shown by the true hair team is not match in this industry by any other. The attention to detail that is shown to your needs from your first consultation is an experience that made me feel very relaxed and at home. Tom and the true hair team gave me my confidence back and I recommend it to anyone looking at alternative ways when suffering from hair loss.

Great people, brilliant service, very trustworthy and have a lit of knowledge after having a system fitted from another well know and overpriced company the truth really came out when coming here, had been give a system that was not even black originally, but Tom and Alex were more than helpful explaining everything and also telling me the fixes step by step, they will make you feel comfortable.
