Great Service, Great Price

I have used this company on a few occasions to purchase Pringle Socks and Calvin Klein Boxer Shorts. As expected, you cannot fault the products but what I liked most, was that the company delivered my orders on time, every time. On one occasion, when they did not have the item I had ordered in stock, customer services phoned me and suggested an alternative product or a full refund. I requested a refund and this was made almost immediately. I cannot fault the company, the quality of the products or their customer services. And great prices as well. I will definitely be using them again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is appalling and should be avoided at all costs.

I purchased some boxed underwear which was faulty but the company were not interested because the fault was detected after the first wear.

The Customer Service (Ajax) is absolutely abysmal. Robotic, does not listen and reads off a script. The company is a joke and an embarrassment. Even when the product is faulty, all he is interested in is the terms and conditions.

After advice from the consumer watchdog WHICH, I wrote to customer services informing them that they were in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as the goods were not as described, fit for purpose or of a satisfactory quality, and that I was within my statutory rights for it to be replaced. Once again, the reply was the same as all the others.

I am pursuing now with WHICH but the company should not be allowed to trade.

There are plenty of good online underwear retailers, but this isn't one of them. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

This is not just our policy, but also the standard practice for online retailers and high street shops. If you believe that the item was defective upon arrival and has not been worn or washed, kindly clarify this for us now.

We have previously asked this question via email but have not received a response.

Please note that if the item is indeed faulty and has not been used or washed, we will gladly provide a full refund. However, if there is any doubt about the cause of the defect, we cannot accept the return.

We would like to remind you that we have a large number of satisfied customers, both new and returning, who consistently choose to order from us. In accordance with our terms and conditions, some of these customers also return to us if there is genuine order mistake or product fault.

Awful company

Awful company. Tried to return unopened boxers immediately. Returns form on their website doesn't work. Emailed them the times and have had no response and they have no contact number.

RESPONSE: I emailed you three times, 4th, 5th and 10th June to 'contact' and 'orders'. The boxers are unopened which is why I was trying to return them.

Superb service all round.

For my order this company's performance was outstanding. They had plenty of stock and dispatched my order the same day. The parcel was fully tracked so i knew exactly where my order was and when it would be delivered. Other companies take note, this is excellent customer service.

Service was quick and easy, there is a but though......

Service was quick and easy, however.
They have a no return policy unless they make a mistake.
After looking on their website this detail is in a small section right at the bottom and only on some product pages when you are browsing. Some products do not have that warning so just be aware.

This is a fraudulent site

This is a fraudulent site. Order never arrived and they sent me a spurious proof of delivery picture which was basically somebody's hand and royal mail did not recognise the tracking code.
Beware!!!!

I've still not received the order. Royal mail says they are awaiting the parcel. I've emailed , they havnt responded.
Please can advise on this??? Trading standards would be contacted if not.

Poor customer service

I ordered some Ellesse socks and boxers and had to pay £4.99 for delivery. The items turned up a couple of days later. So far so good. On opening the sock package 2 pairs were correct but a wrong sock had been added. I contacted customer services by email and was told it wasn’t their fault as they don’t open manufactures packages. I fully accept this. However I was then told to post the socks back and they would replace them. I have 2 issues with this. One- I live several miles from the nearest post office. Two- having paid nearly £5 already why should I pay for faulty goods? I pointed this out and surprise surprise have had no response. I appreciate that it isn’t a vast sum of money but the customer service for this company are very poor. Very disappointed and won’t be using them again

ITEMS UNDELIVERED. NO REPLY TO ANY EMAILS.

Speaks volumes of a company that one is subjected to writing a review on a third party website in the hope that it may spring said company into any sort of action that could resemble a professional outfit.
- Ordered item on 13/03/23
- Item received by Royal Mail on 14/03/23
- Estimated delivery date on 15/03/23
- Items did not arrive so sent 1st email to the company on 17/03/23. NO REPLY
- Sent 2nd email to company on 22/03/23. STILL NO REPLY
The best that can happen from here is that you'll view some half-hearted apology below from said company and they MAY or MAY NOT sort the problem to my satisfaction. BUT no communication? No replies at all? Take the money and run, eh? Embarrassing.

UPDATE: 25/03/23
1) How do you know which order is mine? I have not given you my full name on here.
2) In a reply below to another unhappy customer you state that you do not consider an item lost until 14 days has elapsed. In the reply to me you now state that the policy is 18 days. What next? You won't consider it lost until a month has passed? 2 months?
3) In the Royal Mail's own words, "If the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days the sender might be able to claim for compensation. If you're the recipient please contact the sender. They will contact us to make enquiries on your behalf."
4) Does any of this excuse you NOT REPLYING to any of my emails and, instead, I have to resort to this public forum to air my grievances???
Like I said, EMBARRASSING.

The item is sent fully tracked and we cannot consider the item lost until full 18 days have past after date of despatch.

The item still showing in Royal mail network and any time delivery can be done.
Normally Royal mail deliveries are very reliable and on time, sorry about this expericence this time.

Didn’t deliver and ignore complaints. I’m left out of pocket

Didn’t deliver my parcel, started to ignore requests for a refund after telling me to wait (over 3 months?!) and have had to start an investigation with my bank to retrieve my money back. Delivery photograph is of the delivery person holding a parcel, with my door closed and drive empty due to no one being home. They also ignored the delivery date i selected as I knew I would not be in on the date they planned for delivery, but they proceeded to ‘deliver’ it anyway, which they never as no one was home & I had selected a different date for delivery to ensure I was home - all of which I have proof of. The parcel was sent from a company not called Trunks & Boxers which furthers my suspicions that it wasn’t actually delivered/dispatched, or is a fraudulent company. A parcel from another company has been marked as delivered on an email, however the proof of delivery isn’t proof, it is a picture of a parcel standing infront of a closed door. They have started to ignore me via email, and I am left £70+ out of pocket, hence why I have had to make this review public as my bank is not having to start an investigation due to their lack of urgency/compassion. It seems the only way to get a response is publicly now. They hold your money and do not send parcels, they then blame delivery people and refuse to find a solution. They have offered no refund/partial refund/replacement which they should do as they haven’t provided me with the goods I have paid for. I would urge everyone to avoid this company, they take your money and do not find solutions when there is proof you haven’t reimbursed the goods!!!!!!
