The gentleman (Toby Green) who came to see us, was a really nice man. He went over and explained things that we didn't understand.
We really feel at ease and peace of mind now we've got all this sorted. It's not just, get someone to write a will, there's so much more involved and if you don't get it right, unfortunately, the surviving spouse/ family can suffer.

Excellent Service, totally honest, informative

Very professional and courteous manner from the start of the process. Ashley was extremely approachable and explained in detail any queries I put to him. Very experienced and knowledgable in the Will writing process…
I was a bit anxious about having this meeting as the subject of will writing and what to do makes me anxious but I had no need to worry as short the company representative was sympathetic and understanding of my anxiousness over this process..he explained things very clearly to me and I am afraid I did take up a fair bit of his time but he never rushed on any points..I was comforted by the whole experience and decided to use Trust Family Associates for writing up my will for me. Pressure Sales & Reluctant to Return Deposit Funds
My husband responded to an advert on Facebook in respect of Power of Attorney and Wills . We immediately received a pressure sales call requesting that we had an initial meeting. This was followed up by a lengthy call from an advisor (very knowledgeable & useful) however I did explain that I was fully versed in this matter but this did not deter him. We then received a pressure sales presentation advising that we could have a special deal if we signed up there and then! This was followed by numerous calls 'back to his Manager to discuss the Fee' I honestly felt like I was being sold double glazing. Extremely unprofessional and I have expressed this to the Company who did not take any notice of this and yet some 2 months later I am still awaiting a refund of my deposit. Shocking
