My late Dad set this up

My late Dad set this up, i would have advised against this sort of company had i known he had done it, now when i need them i find they've gone into administration-thanks a lot you scamming thieves preying on the elderly.
Thanks to a previous review i found that the wills and paperwork have been taken over by a new company who thankfully have all the paperwork!

Thanks to other reviewers I contacted Jackson Quail who thankfully had taken over my late Dads scheme. I am currently dealing with them now so worth contacting them if you are in the same situation. Address: Metropolitan House, Station Rd, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle SK8 7AZ

HOPELESS

We had a man called Joe, he said 4 times that we were intelligent and educated people so know how expensive solicitors are. I am not surprised that they went into liquidation. We had to send our wills back several times as the spelling was wrong on several things. Also, their proof readers were useless, they missed out part of our address time and time again despite it being pointed out to them. They sent their advice notes on signing the POA docs, the actual document said sign in black ink, their leaflet said blue or black. Spelt Grandson's name incorrectly. So it went on and on.

Scam company

We set up a WILL, LPA and a Family Trust in 2024, chased and chased, paid over £5,000, in January 2025 we were told, not much longer, all documents kept in storage (Will and LPA) and land registry docs sent off. However, at that time, the Administration process had already started and they were lying through their teeth, they did nothing but print off documents. Jackson Quail Law have taken over anything related to Probate, but their old Solicitors (Private Client Solicitors) say they stopped dealing with TFA in January ‘24 when they stopped paying their bills… which means, even at that time, they knew they were going into Administration and scammed thousands of customers from January’24 onwards.

I’ve taken out a Trust out with these

Trust family associates

I’ve taken out a trust and a will with these only last June.was told a year later this month which is June I’d get documents in the post to confirm there as been no charges to my circumstances that everyone is still at my address and no change at my end ! Then today after the delay of the agreed documents and correspondence coming which no sign of this June which I am still awaiting for I read on trust pilot they have gone into liquidation what a joke this is supposed to be a Law regulated company. I’ve tried to ring the Jackson Law who have taken over it I will keep trying and will look into my rights around this horrible mess they’ve put me and other customers in and they haven’t even had the decency to advise us the customers not only that I don’t even know if a copy of my deeds are there or Jackson’s law or the deeds registry… I’ve now got to chase my personal documents up Where are they ?????!!!!!😡😡😡😡

I will be looking into this as breach of contract through my documents and I’m looking into this ! How do they live with there selfs? Not even contacted the customers about this mess ?? 😡😡😡😡

I’m sorry to say that these people are…

I’m sorry to say that these people are not to be trusted we purchased a Will and other things from them at a high cost to us. And now they have sold ? This plan to a law firm and now the said law firm are asking us to change the payment method to them. A company that professes to be a family trust to my mind is a complete joke so my advice is to give them a very wide berth.
