My visitor seemed pushy I was expected…
My visitor seemed pushy I was expected to pay thousands on the day of the visit a phone call was made where as it was decided to reduce this fee by £300 he seemed disappointed when walking out without the full payment of thousands I did however made a pepostite of £100 that I need returned asap my daughter is sorting this out for me I was disappointed as it brought back memories of another company who did the exact same thing in making a call then a deduction was made

On 1st August joined Plan. Paid 2200 cancelled 13/07/24 but still waiting for my money to come back £2200 very disappointed. It’s 31/08/24 and still waiting. Read the papers very carefully especially clearly whether it covers Probate

We had a visit from Tessa
We had a visit from Tessa, who we liked and was very good with us. However we felt we were being directed to a 3 in 1 policy that we weren’t altogether aux fait with and the cost of £4650 was much more than I wanted to pay. We didn’t go ahead.

Jas came to visit us. He spent time explaining the process and answered our questions thoroughly. He was patient and not pushy.
We were more than happy with the information he provided hence we were able to chose the right options suitable for our circumstances.
We had read the reviews prior to making a decision. On the whole they were very positive.

Great products but pressured sell
I received a call after completing my details online and made an appointment for a home visit.I was told that they would leave the information and allow me to decide. However although the meeting was a very informative, I was pressurised into giving a deposit before the lady left .
