The gentleman was polite, but the visit was about selling product.
The gentleman was polite, professional, knowledgeable and nice. However, he dealt with my request within 5 minutes of walking in the house. This could have been triaged over the phone. However, if Family Trust had done that the opportunity to have one of their sales people in the house to upsell would have been lost. I purchased a product I didn’t ask for, and cancelled it two days later, in accordance with my rights and the Terms of the agreement. Since then Family Trust have rang my and my wife’s mobile phone daily.

Dave was very knowledgeable, i have been a Pensions Trustee so had some background knowledge. A competitive price but haggle at all stages. Only time will tell if the after service measures up.
