I ordered my wig over a week ago and still no confirmation number or wig!!! I’m getting married in 10 days & I need my wig asap!!! Won’t be ordering from here again!!!

Terrible shipping times. My tracking number was generated 2 days ago and they still havent dispatched anything. It says 3-5 days delivery its been 3 already and no wig has been shipped. This is for my birthday wig I need my wig asap.

If a company won’t pay for return shipping for a defective, damaged product they sent you, that just proves they don’t even stand by their own product. I’m out $32 to ship it back and I don’t even trust that they are going to give me a refund. I wouldn’t risk buying from this company. It’s poor quality hair and their refund policy favors them and screws over the buyer. I think all of their good reviews are incentivized, given by “wig influencers” in exchange for free product. The fact that they have no bad reviews and all of the photo reviews look like instagram photos should have given me a clue. The wig they sent me is extremely over processed and feels like straw. Just touching it pieces of hair fall out because it’s just breaking apart because it’s so over-processed. That’s petty bad when straight from the factory with all the silicone they put on it and it still feels that bad! It’s also all ratty and snarled right out of the bag! A brand new wig shouldn’t look like it was used to play tug of war with a dog right out of the package. I wish I could attach photos. Major quality issue. Their return policy has no provision for quality issues either. They only have a policy for returns if you decide you don’t want it for “no reason” so they expect you to pay for return shipping! Even if it’s because they sent you a bad product! And they want me to label the return as a “gift” valued at less than $10 and said they will refuse the return if I don’t, so there will be zero protection for the value of the product for me if something happens during shipping.
Also, it’s a blend, not 100% human hair! This blonde wig is full of black “hairs” mixed in that are 100% plastic.

Answer to their ridiculous lie of a reply. Why is this the only blonde wig out of the 20+ I’ve purchased that is over processed and damaged? Answer: They are lying, counting on people being ignorant to how wigs are made. Blonde wigs shouldn’t be different in quality compared to other colors. This is because wig factories bleach ALL hair to 613 blonde, and then use textile dyes to dye the hair to the final desired color. They just throw all the hair in a big vat of bleach until it’s all the same 613 color. Because all hair is different and lightens differently. They would have to watch and monitor every single hair bundle individually to bring it to the desired color otherwise, which is obviously too time consuming and costly. So for them to say that a wig is dry because it is blonde is a lie. If that were the case all wigs would be dry because they all start out blonde. They want to assume their clients are ignorant about wigs and how they are made so they can lie to us. Another process is stripping part of the cuticle with acid so the hair doesn’t mat because it isn’t remy hair. This wig is like this because they either stripped too much cuticle, left it in the bleach bath too long, or both.

I’m obsessed with my wig, it looks and feels amazing with lace that blends perfectly with my skin. 10/10 would recommend

I initially received my wig, the quality was OK and after trying to work with the hair I requested to return the wig and ask for a refund. I was told that they would offer me $25 as a discount and after I refuse that and just initially ask for a full refund, I was told they would give me other discount towards my next purchase I still have not been given a return address of the wig has been packaged up for about going on a week or so now and they’re still no address will not ever purchase from them again be careful of their practices. I have to go through steps with my bank and order to receive my refund.

The hair was unbelievably soft, tangle and scent free!! No sheddings, thick and true to length. I bought it for my birthday and I will most definitely buy again and you should too!!

I bought a 13x6 28 inch ginger deep wave and when I say baby!!!! I love this wig. It is very thick, curls are defined and true to length. Easy to bleach the knots and definitely human hair. No shedding or tangling! The color is so vibrant and great for all seasons!

Customer service for tracking was good, but I asked for a custom wig and they said they would do it, they sent me a regular wig on a regular cap I asked for 1b roots on a small cap. wig was 200 dollars, it is not full human hair either. I took the hair out the pack it was super hard so I had to wash it before wearing it, it was matting up so bad I told them and all they could offer was 15 dollar discount on a 200 dollar wig, not a offer to send another wig that is actually fully human hair. very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

- Response to your response tuneful: I did email you all and told you all that I was not satisfied with my order and all you could offer me was 15 dollars when the wig was 200 dollars. so that is not a true statement, the moment I emailed you all and stated my concerns something should have been done whether it was a full refund or a new wig.

I just sent a review several days ago about Tuneful Hair fraudulent practices! I cancelled my order and requested a full refund after waiting 9 days for the hair. i notified pay pal after not receiving a refund and filed a claim. I was immediately reimbursed and forwarded an email to this merchant to show the order was cancelled via pay pal. Although the Merchant was advised, the hair was still shipped with a delivery date set for today. Im not going to accept the order to avoid being billed because i did not make another purchase with this company! I’ve already notified pay pal about this unauthorized purchase and will have to follow up with my bank as well! Wow, this place is thirsty!
