Nothing like root zone!
I have used the product root zone several times before and found it as described ie. a sandy, loamy, granular texture. This delivery was anything but. It was heavy, full of lumps of clay, with no evidence of a sandy consistency.

Fabulous service. Arrived when I wanted it to. Delivery guy did his best to deliver it exactly where we needed it to be. Topmsoil was light and easy to use and turf was very good quality especially for this time of year. Very happy
