Turners have been an absolute diamond fixing my car ( Front bumper, side panel and mirror). Quick and easy service. They picked my car up and dropping off a courtesy car without any hassle. When the car was finished they then dropped it back off for me. Very efficient! Great service! Highly recommend!

Turners Accident Repair: all accident and no repair
Turners were chosen by LV insurance to replace the front panel of my car after a serious bird strike.
They collected the car on the 3rd April 2025; a week later on the 10th they called to tell me to expect it back on the 11th.
At 2.30pm on the 11th, surprised by the silence, I called them. They told me they had *just* discovered that they had ordered the wrong part and so could not return the car.
They didn't even call me - I had to call them to find out. And now I have to wait at least another week.
Complete and utter failure, in the workshop and in customer care.

Our Seat Arona was returned yesterday following repairs at the Durham workshop. The paintwork looked immaculate and the car had been thoroughly cleaned inside & out - it looked better than when we bought it 5years ago! Great job - thank you very much - we will definitely recommend you!

Excellent service
Turner’s contacted me to arrange to come and pick up my car but as a car was driveable, I dropped it off. They explained everything to me and kept in touch about the repair. I got the vehicle back quicker than anticipated and I could not fault the workmanship it was as though the car had not been damaged at all.
