Andrew attended flat 30 DC today.
One helluva bubbly personality.
He was quick, efficient,polite but very confident.
He accomplished the job in a very short time and always had this reassuring smile throughout.
He is an asset and a national treasure.
Would have given him 100 stars easily if allowed.

Amazing and friendly personality.. Great service.

Darryl came to deal with main blocked waste drain. Was polite and explained what he was doing. Very pleased 😀

Sam was the operative who attended.

He was absolutely phenomenal, arrived rapidly, worked immensely hard and even though the problem was huge and challenging he stuck with it and battled away and eventualy got the problem sorted, communicated brilliantly, helped to get a further follow up booked and was polite and patient the whole time despite it being late on a sunday eve and a tough job to have to do. Were incredibly grateful for his efforts. A true emergency for us was averted solely thanks to him. He deserves huge credit and our deep thanks.

Drain in the garden was blocked causing issues with drainage in my bathroom. I had brilliant contact with letting me know I was next and also got a call to say there was a bit of traffic but is through it and on the way. Brilliant contact and updates. when Marcus arrived he was very professional and fixed the drain and all back to normal very quickly. He was friendly and polite too. Thank you

This morning while the garden drainage was absolutely blocked, TWD team member MARCUS arrived not only very ON time but also completed the job within minutes perfectly. A BIG THANK YOU to TWD & particularly to Marcus.

Darryl done an excellent job in fixing my blocked toilet, going above and beyond to quickly solve the problem.

Very timely company. Called to confirm timeframe as soon as I reported the issue to my landlord. Nima attended my property within the hour to fix the external drain was really polite and professional. Definitely would recommend him to get the job done. Thanks for today

They turned up fairly late after working all day on like 14 jobs, but they kept the noise to a minimum and was really polite and considerate. Really nice fellas with no problems at all.

Shelby attended to me yesterday to unblock my sink. She was charming and professional. She came on time and was very quick enough to allow me to pick up my kids from school on time.

Nima attended my property today to unblock a blockage in one of our sinks. He called beforehand to make sure we was in, he was quick and efficient and gave us advice as to what we can do if it happens in future. Great service!

The 3 engineers that arrived were very friendly, keen to get the issue resolved so thankyou to Fish,Sam and Alfie really good work and resolved a week old issue in no time at all

Would highly recommend TWD fast and friendly service. Sean completed the job in great time very happy with how he explained everything and showed us what to look for if it happened again. Very impressed
