Excellent service, extremely fast dispatch

would/will order again.

My first and only attempt at using the product (Expanding foam filler kit) was disastrous. I tried to apply it to wooden surfaces (vertical and ceiling), and 75% of it fell straight to the floor and was wasted, despite moistening the surface, as advised. I'm sure it is fine for filling gaps, but is quite useless for covering an open surface area which is what I wanted it for. I gave up after using one of the six cans supplied. Perhaps I can return the other five unused cans and the gun for a refund? Otherwise, with delivery and VAT, this was £70 down the drain.

Order arrive ahead of time and it was well packed and labelled. Not attempted to use the product supplied yet but their service on delivery was great, would use again.

I found this product online, ordered it and had good standard delivery to Belfast. I haven't tried it out yet but as it is a fraction of the cost of having someone in to simply drill holes and squirt in the damp proofing glop I am looking forward to saving money. It appears to contain all I need.

so helpful and spot on tecnical advice, very promp postage;product neds some patience ,prep is the key.

Warm deck screws. Did the job. Sharp and easy to hammer in. Would buy again however shipping is £8.50, even for one pack. That puts we off as 20 stainless 145mm screws would cost £25 ish

After finding the product on your web site. I made a request for someone to call me,which was done the following day .his help & addvice was really helpfull & thats why I perchaced the product & it was dispatched & I recieved it the following morning

UNFORTUNATELY WHEN PACKAGE ARRIVED THE STEEL BARS HAD PIERCED
BAG OF GROUT . RECOMMEND YOU PUT GROUT IN EMPTY TUB.
GROUT WAS REPLACED BY YOU VERY QUICKLY.

The instructions available online make it very clear how to use the tanking membrane and I have achieved a water tight basement in under a day!

This was a simple operation to buy the products as needed for my work. The guys do not over specify the products and tools required and only sell you what is required to do the job. The delivery was the next day where possible and the delivery people kept me informed of when it was expected to arrive.
