I have hadproblems with my garage wall due to slight subsidence, I used your products on the first cracked wall and was delighted with the results, however there is a crack on the opposite wall which I havn't got round to carry out the repairs with the new order from Twistfix, but no doubt I will have the same opinion as the last order.

Tube & nozzle didn't fit well into the gun supplied without leaking out so I changeto my own ssilicone gun.
The nozzles didn't go far enough into the 12mm holes which are 100m ~ 200mm deep . I hope the cream is going to do a the kob i purchaced the crham for.

Never seen this product before and not quite enough info on the website about how to use it. Was going to buy a competing product with better website but then found Twistfix did a half-size package cheaper (not obvious) so bought that instead. Difficult to mix the grout & you have to use it all in one go because, once it has gone off (only about 10 minutes) it is impossible to clean off tools. You have to throw everything away.

Finding the right product to order was very easy, payment went without a hitch and the goods turned up on time - excellent. The only confusion was that the delivery was not from Twistfix but from a different company (a parent one I suspect). Overall a good customer experience.

I have been unable to use the product and therefore cannot comment on its efficacy, but the delivery service was first class. If the product is as good as other items that I have purchased, then there will be no problem

I went to some trouble to ensure that we were using the correct fixing to fix down the ply bonded insulation for our warm roof.
The product arrived on time but was useless in fixing down the sheet material to the substrate.
This is a product problem.
