Tom, Jim and Matt were excellent on a full 1st and 2nd fix job on a recent 5 bed all en-suite conversion. Working from back to brick and on a 2 story extension. The service was 5 star and communication from them all was first class.
Accommodating a moving schedule due to other trades was never a problem either. I will never go anywhere else for plumbing requirements. Keep up the good work lads.

Tom came to me to check out someone else's mess they left me with.
Great advice and solutions. I agreed to remove the shower tray to make his job easier.
Unfortunately I found the cause of my leak had rooted out timber joist and claimed on my insurance. They sent in their people so couldn't give Tomthe job. But most definitely will be using again.

I needed a new boiler system installed as my old standard boiler had given up. Called Tom after reading reviews, came round gave me a decent quote for installing new combi boiler. Tom and his team worked tirelessly to get the job done quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great service, came round before 9am to fix a boiler that wasn't working

Just had a boiler fitted by Tom, really great service and professional job; I appreciated his advice on the various options. Fair pricing but what I really liked is the scoping of the job - he didn’t add on items that weren’t really needed, yet explained the pros & cons of such extras. Would highly recommend & will use again 👍🏻

Very good service from start to finish. Nothing to much trouble and an honesty that was lacking from previous companies I asked about doing the replacement boiler that needed moving..

My old boiler was beyond repair, so no heating or hot water. Rang Tom on Friday and he came out same day and gave me a very reasonable quote for new boiler. Tom arrived 8am the following Monday. Old boiler out and new one working by 1pm. No mess. Tom instructed me on the new programmer and set up the guarantee. Excellent service all round

Booked a boiler replacement before Christmas for work to take place on January 11. Tom arrived at 8 am and quickly started the job. He worked hard all day and by 3 pm the new boiler was up and running and the old flue hole already bricked up. He returned the next day to balance the radiators and check things over. I am very impressed with the standard of workmanship and the tidy working. Communication has been easy and quick and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. By the way, I might mention that his charges are very reasonable.
