Tom and his team replaced my old conventional boiler with a top spec combi boiler and relocated it to the loft.
Tom was very professional throughout , from first point of contact to job completion. He removed the old waste and used floor coverings throughout .
His quote was fantastic and I’m over the moon with the finished job.
He had great attention to detail , from the fantastic brick work on my old flue outlet to putting my pressure gauge and filling loop into my airing cupboard for maximum convienience.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Tom and his team for any of your plumbing needs.

They gave me the wrong boiler serial number to register the warranty!
Now l have a problem with my boiler and can not get it repaired because the registration is not valid.
And it's going to cost me,

Tom and Matt did a fantastic job. They both turned up on time, and were really pleasant and easy to communicate with. Me and my father had a little chuckle with them both throughout the day as well which was nice. We were quoted a good price as well. So overall we were very happy with the service that we received. Will definately be using again.

I have used TW plumbing before and found their service to be excellent so when it came to replacing my boiler they were the only choice for me. Yet again they exceeded my expectations. Fair price for an absolutely top quality job. They were punctual, clean and friendly. Tradesmen like these are rare, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending TW plumbing to anyone.

Tom came out to service our boiler and fix a fault and even though it took longer than expected and required more parts he honoured his original quote. Great friendly service - very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Had a leak on a Sunday evening. Had to switch off the water. Called several plumbers, only one picked up (Tom) and offered to help. Sent someone round at 07:30 Monday morning and fixed the leak and replaced the taps...life saver! Great service and will be our go to company for local plumbing work! Highly recommended!

Tom gave a competitive new boiler quote and having accepted the quote he installed the new boiler about 1 week later. On the day of installation, he arrived just after 7.30am and quickly started draining the system and dismantling the old boiler. The new boiler was in place and running by lunchtime. He then proceeded to chemically clean the system for a couple of hours before completing the installation. Everything was completed by around 4.00pm. All waste, including the old boiler, was removed from site and the site left clean and tidy. Tom is very proficient, professional and is a very quick and tidy worker. He is affable, courteous and polite at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Fantastic service, our boiler had broken and they fitted us in quickly to fit a replacement. The team turned up on time and were very professional. They tidied up after and they took away all the old parts.

I'd never heard of these guys but I used the Worcester website installer service and they came up as one of three. I chose them because they were responsive and professional from the first contact. They were due today at 07.30 and arrived bang on time for a 2 day job of changing the boiler and some steel rads.
The speed and quality of work from the 2 guys who turned up was fantastic. They covered all surfaces with sheets and vacuumed up afterwards + finished ahead of budget. Fantastic. I can't tell you other than, no bull, these guys are the best plumbers/gas fitters I've ever come accross.

We recently used Tom's team to move and replace an old oil boiler. The team were polite and punctual. Any mess was kept to a minimum, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Delivery and collection of parts was super efficient. Definitely a professional service throughout. Highly recommended.

Tom came out to quote for a replacement combi boiler for us. Great price, The guys arrived early on day of installation & worked flat out until the job was done. Everything was cover with dust sheets while working & was run through how the boiler worked.. workmanship was excellent & the guys were friendly & approachable.. will definitely recommend them to friends & family.. 👍🏼 Thanks guys

I had a boiler fitted at the end of February 2023.
Less than a week from quote to installation.
Fitter on time and very polite, boots off and dust sheets down from the front door to the kitchen.
He cleaned up as he went along.
Old boiler taken away during the morning.
Very pleased with the job.
