Excellent service

Excellent service. Have saved plenty in fees already compared to my old supplier. Lee McEnteggart made the process extremely easy and stress free. Would highly recommend.

Very easy process from start to finish

Very easy process from start to finish, thanks to our business bank manager Steve recommending us to Lee McEnteggart. All very quick as existing NatWest customers so all in all very happy with the service and competitive rates.

Top marks for a personal service!

Our NatWest Business Relationship Manager suggested that changing our card processing from the one we were using, to NatWest Tyl, would save us, not only some money, but also the hassle of doing an annual compliance. He introduced me to Lee McEnteggart, at Tyl, who patiently answered all my emailed queries (and I asked plenty of questions - sorry Lee!), and also calculated cost comparisons for us. He made all the arrangements, and even came along to set-up our machine, once it had been delivered. I have his email address and his mobile number, and the reassurance that we can contact him anytime we have a question that needs answering.
Could anything have been done better - apart from being supplied with a couple of spare till rolls, the answer is no! Top marks for a personal service, in a world where this seems to be sadly lacking in most places. Thank you Lee.

Setting up Tyl

A huge thank you to Zain for setting up Tyl for me. He was helpful and patient, which meant that the whole process was much less painful than I’d anticipated. I find phone calls quite stressful but Zain put me at ease by being so friendly and talked me through each step. He even had a go at pronouncing the Welsh name of my business haha! Diolch Zain

Straightforward setup.

I applied for a Tyl by Natwest account for our organisation with the trepidation of a 78 year old navigating modern computer business technology but found it easy and straightforward helped by their agent Balj Randhawa. His simple, measured help made the application straightforward and we were ready to go with all checks done in just a couple of days. Well done Natwest.

Great customer service from Zain and Hugo

I phoned and spoke to Zain Awais about switching to Tyl from our previous card services merchant. Zain was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and followed our conversation promptly with a quote by email. All my questions were answered and if there was something he wasn't sure on he involved the one of the tech team (Hugo) who was also very quick to answer any queries. Very good customer service and we now have Tyl all up and running, including online payments.
