Our NatWest Business Relationship Manager suggested that changing our card processing from the one we were using, to NatWest Tyl, would save us, not only some money, but also the hassle of doing an annual compliance. He introduced me to Lee McEnteggart, at Tyl, who patiently answered all my emailed queries (and I asked plenty of questions - sorry Lee!), and also calculated cost comparisons for us. He made all the arrangements, and even came along to set-up our machine, once it had been delivered. I have his email address and his mobile number, and the reassurance that we can contact him anytime we have a question that needs answering.
Could anything have been done better - apart from being supplied with a couple of spare till rolls, the answer is no! Top marks for a personal service, in a world where this seems to be sadly lacking in most places. Thank you Lee.

I phoned and spoke to Zain Awais about switching to Tyl from our previous card services merchant. Zain was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and followed our conversation promptly with a quote by email. All my questions were answered and if there was something he wasn't sure on he involved the one of the tech team (Hugo) who was also very quick to answer any queries. Very good customer service and we now have Tyl all up and running, including online payments.
