Contacted the manager Daniel at the consett depot for a air con recharge he fitted me in and give me a price, i dropped the car off and he give me a time and the car was ready before the alloted time slot.
Very good service, very friendly and very proffesional.

Deliver my mother-in-law’s Vauxhall Viva to Tyre Spot Consett to have front wheel knocked back into shape after a collision with a kerb.
Before I could blink the wheel was repaired at no cost to my mother-in-law.
Great service.

Had a woodscrew in the rear tyre of my a1.called into tyrespot at Washington fully expecting a replacement tyre,as the screw was close to the tyre wall. They repaired the tyre,rebalanced with new valve fantastic.only waited half an hour, great service.will use again.

Went in to have tracking done after an hour guy came out and said no good doing tracking you need two new parts. Shocked to say the least as these parts were brand new 6 weeks prior hence why I needed tracking done. Felt like they were trying it on. Never mind some other garage got my money never going back to tyre spot after this rubbish

We have used Tyre Spot on many occasions for my elderly dad's car. Paul is always friendly and very helpful and he managed to fit us in for a new battery, break fluid change and air conditioning re-gas at short notice today which was really appreciated. All the work was done to a very high standard using quality components and Paul provided excellent communication throughout. Booked my car in for two front tyres and I had messed up with ordering the incorrect ones.

Hi had sorted and arranged the new tryes to arrive the next day, called at 10.30 am and was all ready.
Would recommend completely.

After writing a poor review about tyre spot birtley the manager from team valley contacted me ,apologised, got my car picked up and put right.
Fair is fair ,no extra charge.

We were packing our car for a trip when we noticed one of our tyres had a cut in it. We had to be in Manchester that afternoon so needed immediate attention. Went to our local Tyre spot at Sandy Lane Newcastle and Stephen on reception somehow managed to fit us in and a new tyre was fitted within an hour. Excellent service.

I always bought my tyres at the Consett branch under the previous owners and found them excellent. My grandaughter took her Audi for its first MOT on Wed 20th Apr. The car only has 27000 on the clock. When they phoned to say it had failed and needed rear discs and pads and had a tyre with a nail in and advisory for front discs and pads. I spoke to the main receptionist on the phone and questioned it as to be honest thought this was a lot for a 3 year old car that up until recently had been serviced through a package by Audi and admittedly I questioned if it was because she was a young lady! The gent explained to me what was wrong so I agreed that they could do the tyre and rear brakes to get it through its MOT. When my wife and daughter went to pick it up they were harangued by a mechanic off the shop floor stating I had been on the phone screaming which I am happy to say the receptionist assured him I hadn't. I don't care about the rights or wrongs of the work needed but the way this employee of the company verbally attacked two women is out of order. Will never use this company again and will inform family and friends.

Tyre Spot Houghton Le spring branch is always terrific service. Fast, efficient and professional. I’ve had a puncture repair here which was fixed quickly with no fuss. When I changed over my wheels for winter tyres they changed them over for £20 and I brought the car back for a check after 40 miles they checked it free of charge. Excellent every time I’ve used them

Would not recommend this company..had a slow puncture took car to the birtley branch.was expecting the guy to drill and plug the hole as has been done at other repair places he began to remove tyre from rim there was no loose material inside tyre until he used tyre removal equipment to rip a chunk out of the tyre side wall he then charged me 65pounds for a new twingo tyre ...total scam won't use ever again

Excellent service at Tyrespot Durham. When my tyre pressure warning light came on Mercedes Sunderland said I would have to book an appointment next week. I popped along to Tyrespot & within 10 minutes they had checked and corrected all 4 tyres free of charge. Couldn't ask for better service.

I've used the Scotswood branch for years and years. They are super-efficient, always offer a range of prices and nothing's ever a bother for them. They're great with advice and the guys are so lovely and friendly.
I can totally recommend this branch.
Today, I saw that one of my tyres had deflated, I took it round and they went above and beyond what I expected for a last minute job, and it was nearly closing time!

Great friendly service and very helpful. Had an issue with my tyres but hey sorted it out and we were on our way in next to no time. can't reccomend them highly enough.

Got tyres and tracking done on my Nissan Qashqai at Tyre spot, Houghton le Spring.
All completed quickly and efficiently, good price and excellent customer service. I was even cautioned to take things easy as it would handle better with the tracking corrected.
I would highly recommend this place.
