Have used this company before and am happy with their service and products.

I was afforded excellent customer service from the beginning of my involvement with this company, right the way through to the very end. I bought several pre-used games and found them all to be complete and in excellent condition. My order was very slightly wrong, but the error was promptly and satisfactorily corrected by the very efficient staff. International postage was extremely reasonable too. I would highly recommend this company - and particularly Kate, with whom I dealt - to anybody who asked for my opinion.

Initial search was easy via a great website and straight forward ordering process. The item arrived in good time with excellent communication throughout.

From start to finish a seemless transaction, would definately recommended...

ORDERED A CARROM BOARD & BAG. WAS PROMISED DELIVERY ON FRIDAY 6TH NOV. RECEIVED SEVERAL EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES CONFIRMING DELIVERY. TOOK THE DAY OFF TO WAIT FOR MY ITEM TO BE DELIVERED. ITEM NOT ARRIVED SO I CALLED THEM ONLY TO BE TOLD MY CARROM BOARD WILL NOT BE DELIVERED TODAY. SPOKE TO ROB WHO WAS POLITE AND APOLOGISED, BUT THEN SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICES (KATE) AND A MANAGER/DIRECTOR (NEIL) WHO WERE BOTH EXTREMELY RUDE, RAISED TONES, DIDN'T INITIALLY ACCEPT THAT IT WAS THEY'RE FAULT, TRYING TO GET ME OFF THE PHONE ASAP, TRYING TO FORCEFULLY CANCEL THE ORDER... OVERALL THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. NOW I HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER DAY OFF AND WAIT FOR MY ORDER. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS COMPANY. APPALLING!

Despite it apparently being a very simple matter to assemble the plastic outdoor chess board I purchased recently I have still not mananged to do it. I end up with 8 or so wrong handed tiles which do not fit into the 56 I have managed to assemble. Is there a correct way to do it in which case why isnt there a simple explanation of the method with the goods? Alternatively if it is so simple that only I cant complete this simple task ;why do I end up wtih incompatable tiles? Or is it possible that there are different handed tiles and i've got some wrong ones in my set? I had no intention of making this complaint believing that I would crack it eventually, but your Review invitation gives me a suitable oportunity. (and of course for you to respond). I'm perfectly happy with the goods but surely assembling the board should be either completely straightforward and obvious which I expexted, or not, in which case an instruction slip should be provided.

I was looking for a replacement set for my 25 year set which had broken mallets and very rusty hoops.

My set arrived with free delivery including four new mallets the next day and after one week of using the new set with my wife, daughter, son in law and two grandkids I am very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of all the component parts. I would certainly recommend UBER games to anyone looking for a croquet set.

I had reason to contact Uber games to report a problem. This was handled
extremely well and a replacement for a damaged item was in the post the same day. I would certainly recommend the company and will use again.

My Latest order arrived wrong due to a picking problem I guess, someone didnt read the paper work I guess. Anyway after a phone call my problem was solved in no time, goods were delivered the next day as promised!
