I ordered the giant outdoor dominoes as a Christmas gift for a family member. Delivery was very prompt, item was well packed & quality of product very good. Nice to have coloured spots as game will be played by my young grandson too.

Poor condition of goods
I ordered the large tumble tower for £50.
Unfortunately the item was dusty, and the zip to the bag was broken. It was for a Christmas present, so I did not have time to return the item. I simply cleaned it up as best I could and have the receiver of my gift the option to return. Which they declined. Very disappointing.

We pride ourselves in providing high quality products and would therefore happily provide you / the receiver with a replacement bag for the tumble tower. All our products are stored in a modern warehouse and should not be in anyway dusty but I will be sure to take this matter further with the warehouse to ensure it doesn't happen again.
