Heather has been incredible throughout the entire application process. She has such a positive and kind persona which helps to keep nerves and anxiety to a minimum when applying. Heather has also been extremely responsive to all of my emails and phone calls and has been the only person that I have contacted, which has made the process really simple and easy!

I had Heather supporting me through the application and interview process. She could not have been nicer. When a fellow candidate failed to show, she was placed in the group activity with myself and other candidates and hyped us all up. She provided clear guidance and support throughout the process and this calm and confident environment that she created allowed me to succeed and I secured the job role.

Where do I start? I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience with grafton and that’s all thanks to HEATHER SHE IS ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS LITERALLY!!! Where do I start?!... I say whole heartedly that Heather is the BEST recruitment consultant I have ever worked with. I don't actually recall the first time Heather and I spoke as whenever i've spoken to her its been like talking to a friend. She is true to her word and always manages your expectations. I never have to call and chase as she has always kept me up to date. She has always offered to spend time with me pre-interview to get rid of those nerves and put me at ease.
