Heather has been amazing, I don't usually use agencies to find myself a job, this is the first time I have and I can say 100% that this has been an amazing experience. Heather felt like more of a friend helping me get a new position instead of the usual cold recruitment agencies procedures in finding you a job. Heather, you are amazing!

Excellent experience from start to finish. I’ve never been recruited via an agency before, and would have usually have avoided applying for a job via an agency. Grafting have changed that. Sarah Perkin’s was fantastic in representing me through the application process and set my expectations well for what the organisation was looking for and what to expect from the process. Once successfully offered the role, despite a slow starter process from the employing organisation, Sarah kept pushing things along and kept me fully updated.
