I was contacted by Kate Kirszak during the summer for a job I had applied for previously.

She gave me a thorough explanation of the role and the company and managed to get me an interview. Once that was confirmed, she gave me links to the company website and an idea of possible topics of discussion so I could prepare.

I started the day with no job, thanks to the wonderful Heather at Grafton Recruitment I am ending the day as an employee! Heather was absolutely brilliant every step of the way, she is so personable and bubbly it was like speaking to a friend from the very start. I said I would like this to be a quick process ideally and she then secured an interview for to take place on the same day! Heather was so supportive even offering to go through interview practise questions to ensure I was prepared. Small details such as good luck text prior to the interview showed me she really does care for the candidates and the outcomes as opposed to just filling spaces.
