Heather called me about an amazing opportunity, this very high profile company has an incredible track record for delivering outstanding customer service which was *exactly* what I was looking for!

They only use Heather at Grafton for all their vacancies & have done for years, so had she not reached out, I may not have heard about it at all?

Heather was amazing from the get go but, what really impressed me, was that she has done the induction training for the role itself? So rather than having a recruitment agent who is blindly whipped up into a frenzy about their commission, without much thought for whether the placement is a good fit, on both sides, because she knows the company & role inside out - she gave me absolute confidence in the potential placement.

On the day of my interview my partner tested positive for Covid! I just assumed that was that, but no... unphased, Heather was able to liase with the company & negotiate interview for me via Zoom & I was eventually offered the role!

Sadly, due to personal reasons - totally unrelated to Heather or the company themselves, who were equally amazing - I had to decline the role, which I was genuinely gutted about & apologised to the company directly after speaking to Heather.

Once circumstances allow, I will 100% be calling Heather again, but in the meantime, I won't hesitate to recommend her or any of her team.

I've dealt with umpteen recruitment agencies but Heather was genuinely a breath of fresh air & clearly Grafton have a number of exclusive companies who only use them who feel the same.

I've been in contact with Heather for about a month regarding a trainee accountant role she helped me get, and I can truly and wholeheartedly say she has been the best recruiter I've been in touch with, and that's not an exaggeration. I am not usually one for writing reviews but i have had to make an exception on this occasion because my experience with Robyn at Grafton was exceptional, right from the first phone call following up on my application to continuing through the interview process culminating with me getting the job. I have worked with many recruiters in my time however the reason why i felt this was special was because it was clear that Robyn was very good at determining whether we were a good fit for each other and then supporting me throughout even when i had a bit of a wobble half way through.
