I received one but it had already been opened . I thought I was getting somewhere with the company saying they would collect the original and give me a new one, untouched. I advised them on the email that the day I could do, as they asked, so Tuesday I was hoping ......nothing. several more emails to Jack and no response.

Not a bad tool but eats battery's, you need to take your time when using and let it cut at its own pace. it will never be as good as a gas chainsaw but for small jobs its adequate.

Yes I like it. Surprised how easy it cuts through fairly large branches. It does stop sometimes when cutting, I take the battery out and put it back in and it works again. You don’t get a free tool with this even though it’s quite expensive. It’s light and easy to use.

I have used this chainsaw to cut up logs in my garden it is cutting down large conifer trees Trimming branches ,keep the blades sharp and this’ll cut through very large branches it is amazing powerful and quite L am so pleased with all my ryobi tools I have yet to be disappointed Set your tools up properly and they will do the job
