Free sample pack
I've had to send an email to the customer service regarding the Free Pack which was containing the same products I've bought. Regarding I knew that the free samples are standards I though that, clearly, ordering the items already I needed to get different samples.
As I said by email, the free samples in this occasion lose completely its purpose.
Thanks for reading.
