We had an issue with our bed base
We had an issue with our bed base, which could not be repaired. I got in touch with Tempur Customer Service and had the pleasure of dealing with Deepak. It was not a straightforward case, but Deepak went out of his way to arrange a replacement bed base which we will be taking delivery of in the next couple of weeks. His communications were excellent and I never had to wait for more than a day for a reply. Absolute 5 star customer service!

Tempur Pillow
Bought a tempur pillow along with a bed £150 wasted in my opinion flat as a pancake not what I thought I was getting arrived in a box that with an open panel not even protected inside. Yes I could and should have returned it to the store I bought it from my mistake for not doing that looked online for advice that said heat it up to try and reshape didn’t work for me perhaps I was doing it incorrectly I won’t be recommending this to anyone wish I’d opted for a different pillow at the time

Our first Tempur experience
We bought our Tempur mattress and pillows from a company in Norwich. They assured us that Tempur would be the ideal products for my husband who suffers from a condition where his spinal cord is being nipped at the base of his spine. Our mattress arrived, my goodness its heavy, so glad we had it installed by delivery men! The pillows are interesting as they feel solid until they are laid on, molding to your head. I have found them to be ok but not 100%. My husband was hopeful that his neck pain would ease and so far not bad.
The mattress is not what I would call cosy to start with, and moving around is a process of molding into the mattress. My real disappointment is that they are not ideal for stomach sleepers, which I tend to be and was not pointed out to us. I tried sleeping on my stomach and woke with unpleasant back ache.
On the whole, I would say that sleeping on my side has resulted in fairly decent nights sleep. Tempur mattresses just take time to get used to.
Horrible heavy lumpy pillows
I brought two soft cloud pillows at £139.00 each one for myself and my wife, we both agree they are real hard pillows and just not comfy in fact we both have been experiencing neck pain since using them and just cant get a good night sleep we decided to try a different standard duck pillow in place and wow much better sleep for us both I'm sorry we just did not get on with them so that was £278.00 wasted.

I have just purchased my second sleep…
I have just purchased my second sleep mask from tempur. Its the most comfortable sleep mask I've found and it blocks out all light. The 1st one lasted me over 2yrs and is still in good condition, just the elastic strap thats a bit loose now so its we'll worth the money. The Tempur customer service is second to none. Would definitely recommend the products and company. Oh, I also own a Tempur cloud mattress and if you've been considering one for yourself then buy it! You won't regret it.
Never been comfortable for me
I bought my tempur mattress in John Lewis sale approx 2018 I have never found it very comfortable I did contact tempur not long after I bought it and the lady I spoke to said I should have bought a thicker one and more or less said there was nothing they could do about it maybe she was right as I have two single beds with tempur mattress’s with thicker mattress’s but when I buy a new mattress I will try another make and hope I get to have a nice nights sleep hopefully
Shame, the original ones are better!
After having my current tempur pillow for the past 6 years, the most comfortable pillow Ive ever owned, I received the cloud one as a Christmas gift. Nowhere near as nice as the original one, very thin and not as comfortable, infact my 6 year old one is still better even though it's so old. Shame

Expensive, yes - Regret, absolutely none
I’ve been searching for a good pillow for years and have gone through countless options, none of which ever gave me a decent night’s sleep. While testing pillows in a bedding store, I came across the Tempur Ombracio SmartCool star pillow and tried it out just for fun - and instantly loved it.
At the time, I didn’t buy it because it was more than I wanted to spend. Months went by, waking up daily with neck pain and headaches, and I kept thinking about that pillow. Eventually, I bit the bullet and ordered it directly from Tempur UK.
Believe me when I say I have never slept better. It’s even better than my old ergonomic pillow I’d been searching for, to replace. As a side sleeper, it feels like a gentle hug for my neck and shoulders all night. The star shape perfectly supports my preferred arm placement in a way no other pillow ever has.
I bought it online to take advantage of the trial period, but I have absolutely no intention of returning it. It’s fantastic.

Second-To-None
Our current Tempur mattress has reached end of life and needs replacing. I underwent spinal surgery many years ago and this is the only mattress that has enabled me to sleep for longer than 4 hours undisturbed, ever. I tried a budget offering from a competitor and it didn't pass muster for a single night (I got up mid-sleep and put the old Tempur one back on). So I contacted Tempur and spoke with Dylan who guided me through the options. I'm so impressed with the level of customer service, knowledge, and patience given. Something which is sorely lacking with the majority of sellers these days. I've made my choice now and will be placing my order immediately after the holiday. Thank you Dylan.

I absolutely love the feel of both the mattress and the pillows—it’s without doubt the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The support and softness are exceptional.
Unfortunately, I struggle to stay in bed for more than three hours because the heat becomes unbearable. I’ve tried using a lighter duvet and keeping the window open, but the cooling layer presents another challenge: it feels icy cold at the start of the night, which makes it difficult to fall asleep.
The comfort is outstanding, but the temperature regulation leaves much to be desired. I've had the mattress for 60 nights, tomorrow I will attempt to send it back and claim a full refund via their 100 night trial.

This is a review of tempur the Bluewater store.
If I could give a zero star rating I would. If you are disabled I would give this store a miss.
I received my bed today. When I ordered the bed I asked if my old bed could be taken away. The young lady you served us said it can and will be taken away when the new one is delivered. I’m disabled and in a wheelchair. This is the reason I asked. As I cannot do it myself. The beds delivered today and I am told just the mattresses are being taken. I explained and they said they speak to their manager. The delivery people were fantastic. My complaint is not about them at all.
I called customer services. He said he will speak to the store. As it is a service that is provided. The store then called and the manager who I am complaining about said he served me and it was in terms and conditions. I said no you didn’t serve me it was a young lady. I said I’m disabled what am I suppose to do with two beds. That why I asked for it to be taken on this deliver. To which he laughed at me and said it’s in the terms and conditions. Why the hell is a manager laughing at a customer. A disabled customer he then told me I have to pay £100 to have it taken away by the third person company. Luckily the two delivery whole out the old bed in my skip. However it is now full so I have to get the skip replaced cost £320. To laugh at a disabled person is his gusting. Laughing because I asked him how am I suppose to get about in a wheelchair with two super king sized beds. It is disgusting behaviour.

Tempur, not the same quality it was
I've always had Tempur mattresses and my last one was great and lasted 11 years before sadly it got damaged when I moved house and was never the same.
I then brought the Tempur One medium which was just awful and did not give that supported moulded feel and dipped in the middle from the moment I slept on it. Unfortunately the company I got it from wouldn't exchange it so I had to pay out again, as people will know Tempur mattresses are not cheap.
I then brought the Tempur One firm and again just not great and uncomfortable this time I could do one exchange and went for the Tempur Ease this time. It is better but to me it feels like Tempur has changed and the quality is not what it was, it dips when I sleep, doesn't stay moulded and supportive like the Tempur mattresses I've had before. Maybe you have to pay for the £2,000-£3,000 mattresses to get the quality now. Can't afford another mattress so I will have to cheap the Tempur Ease. Not sure where I go next time as I have had Tempur for over 25yrs.
