Easy purchase of a ukelele, I missed the first delivery but the shop called and made sure everything was OK for redelivery, then called up again a couple of months later to check that everything was still OK with the uke, brilliant experience and customer service.

UkeUniverse were quick to process my order and the instrument arrived quickly and safely (excellent packaging). There was an error with my order as the Tuner did not arrive with the instrument but UkeUniverse were equally as fast at resolving the issue and giving me tips and advice to help me in the interim

I bought a Flight Ukulele for my husband for our 5th wedding anniversary (wood!). I had contact from a member of the company and speedy delivery with good packaging to keep it from getting damaged. The ukulele itself is beautiful, too!

Ordered an Enya concert size EUC M6 solid mahogany...the really pretty blue cutaway, and I paid for it online. I received a call to say it was in the meantime bought by someone else. I was really disappointed, but was offered other options on colour, but given they were not expecting my exact one for weeks, I was then offered the tenor size instead. No extra cost. I received it and despite it not being exactly what I'd originally wanted it was a great compromise, and it's a lovely uke, and I'm more than happy. Fab customer service, thank you!

First choice of ukulele not available, second ukulele more expensive and no receipt sent despite requesting one. Second uke when it arrived was a second or B quality not going to use this seller again!!!

I bought a Ukelele from Uke Universe and I can honestly say that the service was brilliant! A very personal and friendly approach with lots of advice (the Uke wasn’t for me) and the whole process was totally hassle free.

Great service, even phoned me to tell me about a swap they could do for me as I had ordered an adult Uke but with a kids kit.
