excellent products, great support
I couldn't find my dream ukulele in stores in my country. I found it here for a good price. For reasons beyond the seller's control, I had to wait a little bit longer for delivery (international shipment). All the time I could count on reliable information about the shipment and a very nice, friendly (and PROACTIVE!) support.

Great customer service
They provide great customer service, they rang me to say that one of the products I ordered was their last one in stock was faulty and said they’d call me when it would come back into stock but they also asked about whether I was a beginner or not (which i am) and they suggested having a tuner instead because I’ll be using it more and they swapped that over for me and sent me the tuner with no extra cost. I’d definitely buy from them again.

Uke struggle to find a better place to buy
I would highly recommend using Uke Universe to buy your ukulele. If it be your first uke or like myself had planned to add one to a collection,the staff are very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about ukes and my transaction was fantastic.
I will definitely be using them again.
Do yourself a favour and shop with a business that knows about customer care and has a passion for the beautiful sound of the Ukulele instead of Amazon.

Before I ordered a Flight Ukulele from this company for my daughter, I had few questions. The owner responded to my query very quick. After my order, the product was dispatched and I received it the next day.
This is unbelievable given that they had to have the specific brand sent to me directly from the manufacturer. Very few companies could have done this so I fully recommend this company.

Absolutely brilliant, personalised service, and a great product recommendation for a very successful birthday present for our daughter.
Divyesh was very knowledgeable and easy to chat with while we discussed the best ukulele for our daughter, who is an accomplished guitar player but new to playing the uke.
The ukulele arrived very quickly and safely and was well packaged. The uke is great quality and worth the money we paid for it.
