Received our 3 and 2 seater Verona…

Received our 3 and 2 seater Verona this evening its beautiful really pleased.
Delivery drivers so helpful couldn't do enough to help.
Happy to recommend the company and the product well worth the money.
I read other negative reviews and panicked a little ...
I didn't need to panic only waited 10 days sofa is excellent quality for the price.
Intend to order a bed next .

Received my 3 & 2 seater sofas today…

Received my 3 & 2 seater sofas today and they are ripped underneath phoned up 6 times even messaged them on Facebook and sent photos no response and when I phone them up the customer service is disgusting really awful customer service not willing to help me I would avoid this company as they don't care

Horrible people.

PLEASE SHARE THIS.....

Was out today with my sister and took a wrong turn into the yard of this company.
A asian guy approached me and i politely asked him for directions.
What a rude bloke this person was. It escalated to swearing at each other.
But what really annoyed me of he was taking the mick out of me having to use a walking stick due to the fact i have Picks Dementia.
He was smiling saying
"Look at you, you cant even walk".
I could have easily have been as discriminating to him as he was me.
But no sorry, thats not me......

STAY AWAY FROM THESE.

Bought a suite from them 6 months…

Bought a suite from them 6 months ago,all the foam filling is falling out underneath and the leather is ripping . Tried several times to contact them but not replying and blocked me!!!! Avoid.

Furniture direct online!!! Avoid

Absolutely appalled with furniture direct online! Orderd a sofa put more than a deposit down 3 weeks ago! Never heard a thing of them was always me chasing them. Up still got the same old answers about delivery! Then the person who works for them bloked me on messenger because I wanted my money back as I've been messed around and he or she had the cheek to say I was wasting there time!! Company shouldn't be allowed to take peoples money! Should be closed down!

Whatever you do don’t buy a sofa from these people ! You are asked to sign for delivery, you then unpackage the item after they have left and find a rip and they refuse to collect the item unless you return at your own cost

AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Ordered a sofa 3 months ago and the cushions have sunk that much you cannot sit on it. Messaged them on Instagram, they blocked me, messaged on Facebook and they blocked me! Rang and rang nobody gets back to you. COWBOYS!!!!! Reported to trading standards.

Delivery drivers are rude
Customer service doesn’t exist
They block you so you can’t message
They won’t replace sofa
They won’t refund

Trading standards and police are involved

Stay away at all costs

Brought a sofa from them a year ago

Brought a sofa from them a year ago. Cushions are now all flat and out of shape. Contacted them about this on facebook and they have blocked me. I also noticed the trust pilot score they display on their website does not match up with the trust pilot website. Clearly this company just want to take your money.

Shocking

Had to put one as to register a review, bought a sofa 6 weeks ago and the cushions have sunken very poor quality, rang them to express our disappointment and to ask what they are going to do , they just said what do you expect us to do . Absolutely shocking customer service. Cheap sofas poor standard non existent customer service .

1 star is too high! Stay well away!

not normally one to write bad reviews as not much bothered but I would stay well clear from these sellers! Not only did they tell me I had a time slot from 11am-4.00pm because we had a family meal booked from 4.30 to which they said no problem too. we had literally no phone call or text message on the day they was meant to be bringing the sofa and decided to finally get in contact and say someone is 10 mins away at half 5 when we weren’t home. I asked for my £50 delivery charge to which they refused also saying we would then need to wait another week for rearranging delivery but they also wanted another £50 when it was there fault we wasn't in. HONESTLY SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING WAS SPOKEN TO IN A HORRIFIC MANOR BY THE DRIVER AND THE STORE ITSELF.. WE WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS!!! AS HOW THEY HAVE TREATED OVER THE £50 DEPOSIT REFUND IS TERRIBLE NOW WE ARE LEFT WITH NO SOFA & LOOSING OUT ON £50 WHICH TO SOME PEOPLE IS ALOT OF MONEY!!!

Avoid!

Avoid!! Had to give one star but wouldn’t give…furniture direct online AVOID

Had to give one star but wouldn’t give them any. They are an appalling company if that’s what you can call them. They are quick to take your money but not deliver the goods. When you try to speak to them over the phone they talk to you like a piece of s**t. AVOID AT ALL COST. They are related to SKS bed Ltd. Am reporting them to trading standards. This company and the over companies they trade by need to be shut down.

Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs. My elderly friend has been treated terribly by these cow boys. Spread the word not to buy from Invictus Furniture Ltd or The Furniture Direct in Newbury!

shoddy goods

Had a sofa delivered by these jokers yesterday they take your money and are out of the door before you even have chance to look at it. I took off the packaging and sofa is damaged in 4 places both front corners and the edge of the arms They refuse to even acknowledge the complaint stop you from commenting or direct messaging them I know my rights and have now contacted trading standards and from what I can see from the community button on their Facebook page I’m not the only one who has received damaged goods. I have only given the 1 star as they were good with delivery after service is appalling AVOID AT ALL COST

I bought a bunk bed from them

I bought a bunk bed from them. A 10 years old kid (@25kg) slept only once in the bottom one, that has wheels and one of the wheel came off together with a a part of wood. I paid £260 without mattresses. Very disappointed!
