Delivery first class. Build very easy. Very solid wood and can take lot of weight. Price does not reflect the high quality of the bookcase. Good job.

We ordered a wardrobe and chest of drawers we received a email this week to say it would be arriving this week. We have had nothing !!! We have emailed back for a refund and nothing . We are £414 pound down. Thank you uk furniture direct you have our money while I haven't got no bedroom furniture. You said it would come this week so we have got rid of our old furniture n living out of black sacks!!!!!!!! Well after a email back a few days later which said we could hAve our money back or wait three days for furniture to come. We decided to wait for furniture when another email saying the end of the week. Guess what end of week and another email now saying would be next week we decided to cancel.Don't bother with them.3-5 working days to get my money back let's see.Well ladies n Gents update it's been 6 days since we have asked for our money back and nothing no money. This company is a absolute disgrace. When they eventually reply to my review of them . No you will not find the order under my name but Jason Woodcock. Explain yourselves I will keep updating what a disgrace you are till we get our money back!!!!!

plenty of choice, quick delivery and the dining table and chairs were easy to assemble and it all looks great.

I have had a very positive experience with this company. Having never ordered from them before, I was hesitant. However, their prices were too good to ignore, which included free delivery.

With regards to customer service, I contacted them once to make a query about dispatch and once to follow up on a 2nd order. Both times I received a swift and courteous response.

My items arrived well before estimated times delivered by a friendly courier whom I could not fault.

I ordered corona furniture and as I already own several pieces from this range I knew what to expect.

I have placed 2 consecutive orders with this company.

I ordered a wine rack 14 may money was taken from my account 217.00 pounds its now 26th june still have not received wine rack have emailed and telephoned but no response absolutely appalling service and aftercare I would never use this company again

This is the third time using this company. I can honestly say that from start to finish, the service is great. The delivery driver was very nice and very cheerful.

Second time we have used UK Furniture Direct and both times we have been very happy. Excellent customer service and good quality furniture. They even gave us a discount second time around. All in all, a 5 star performance. Thanks again

Had a wobble when ordered and didnt get an email to acknowledge the order, but after that all went well, the mattress was quite a bit cheaper than other sites and free delivery.,it came within 7 days
They rang to say what day it was coming and the driver rang when half hour away, so couldn't ask for more..will certainly use them again and would recommend..

Company was fine but the product is pretty dire. The cams used to connect the unit are just bent and/or snapped, poor quality.

Good solid pine furniture, easy to assemble and looks great. Very happy with the service and would definitely use again. Recommended and we are now looking at the bedroom furniture. Thanks again very happy.

Exceptionally helpful prior to buying the product, they knew what I was talking about immediately and also helped envisage how the big wardrobe would be developed in separate boxes, enabling me to know I could get them upstairs. Helpful when checking on delivery as well.
