Terrible customer service. 4 months waiting!!!

Ordered a chest of drawers in October 2017 and have been told on multiple occasions it would be delivered "next month"... this was November, December, January and it's now February and I still haven't received it! I can't comment on the product but I can tell you that the service has been atrocious! Avoid!!!!!!!

Terrible terrine terrible

Terrible terrine terrible, the corner sofa they sent me was defo nothing like the pics they put up online, i mean everything is different sizes, all cushion over hang and they sent me the wrong foot stool and when I contacted them about the issuies there after service was atrocious, A.V.O.I.D

Love the sofas

Love the sofas , but totally disgusted with the delivery , they left my 2 sofas on a pallet outside on the road , said it was not up to them to deliver it to my flat which is first floor , so sofas sat outside for 3 hours until I could get help from neighbours , what was the point in paying £60 for delivery!! , was going to be ordering more items but no chance

Would Rate zero if I could

Absolutely disgusted with this company and the way they have treated my nan this morning will definitely be taking it further; delivered damaged products to then be told she needs to sign underneath the received goods as it's something she'll have to sort out with office however when ringing the office they say she's signed to say it's in good condition which she has not wrote anything beside ; the attitude and customer service was disgraceful all she wants is a sofa that is not damaged or her money back! Not the mention the state she was in after the driver said it's £20 short which is wasn't and he replied worth a try and tried to demand a tip for delivering damaged sofas totally unacceptable STAY AWAY!!!

Cambourne furniture

I bought the Cambourne furniture range , I found it extremely easy to assemble by myself , it looks fab , delivery was excellent - think it arrived within 2 days , would use again.

Con men and thieves.

If zero stars was a choice that's what I would give these cowboys. Been waiting 3 weeks for sofa to arrive and now I've cancelled my order. Twice they tried to tell me my deposit was non refundable. A brazen lie, must be the only way they earn their money. Nothing a quick call to trading standards won't sort out.

Also ended the call with dye your ginger hair, all Scottish people have ginger hair.. I mean that is the level you're dealing with. But I guess you get what you pay for. Absolute rip off merchants! DO NOT USE!!

Absolutely furious!

Absolutely furious!! I ordered 10 items from UK Furniture Direct...spending a total of £955. Four items arriived two days after I had placed the order!! After not recieving anything else in the next week, we made contact and were told the other 6 items would be there two days later!! One item arrived and still five items missing; this includes two bedsite tables, two wadrobes and a set of draws!! Order was place four weeks ago. We have left the company voice messages and sent emails and there has been no reply!! This has been ongoing for two weeks!! This service is not acceptable for paying customers!! Would not care I actually checked on here before making the order and it all seemed positive reviews!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING!!

Ordered a wardrobe for my daughter on the 9th August delievery estimated 1-3 days nothing arrived so I left it a week just incase. I have since left emails made phone calls and no reply whatsoever. Absolutely disgusting. I am taking this matter further. Do not order from this company.

I would not use this company if I had …

I would not use this company if I had read the reviews. We ordered our furniture Weds 9th August and it didn't arrive. After contacting them on the Monday they said it would arrive Weds 16th, we are still waiting for it. They are not answering their phones, or rather, not answering when we call them. Emails have not been replied to either. If we don't receive our money back or actually get our furniture, we are taking this matter further. I am beyond belief that people can get away and treat people like this. I am extremely angry about this "company". Let's see what happens next...

Non existent customer service.
Item Ordered 08.09.17 - funds taken - no delivery date provided and no goods received to date. No response to messages via phone, answer machine also full at some times, no reply to email either. Avoid using this company.

I am very disappointed the service I have had received from this company.
Very poor customer service.
Very poor communications.
When I emailed them I got no reply, when called them on one interesting to answer my calls.
I wish I never buy anything from them and I would never buy anything from them anymore.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Be Careful folks!

Be Careful folks! I will happily take back this review if they come through but this is my experience so far:-
Ordered furniture on the 29th July; had to contact them a week later to chase and we would get a call back, we didn't; chased again on the 8th August and spoke to a Conor who stated one item was out of stock and the other items would be shipped also received an email from Conor confirming this; it's now the 15th August and have had no further contact from them, phone number is not being answered, emails are not being answered and website enquiries are not being answered. Be aware

Wardrobe was delivered Fri 5th was damage with huge cracks and chips i called on the 7th as was closed at weekend to arrange an exchange also emailed on the 7th requesting an exchange agreed the exchange would take place today on 14th took more time off work called for a expected delivery time to be told this hasnt been processed and it would be end of next week. Still awaiting a manager to call me back after 4 hours..... terrible customer service.

Bad unacceptable experience - Would not recommend to anyone

Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct. I ordered my product and was advised 1-3 days delivery - 3 days pass and no product and no update. After ringing the company they advise it should of been delivered, they don't know why it hasn't and it will now be next week, but not sure when!! No apologies, no explanation, nothing. They advised they would call back with and update, but this also never happened. Next week came and still no product or update, I chased again (as they didn't call back as promised) but the catch phrase of the staff at the other end of the phone seems to be "It will now be tomorrow" again with no apologies and no explanation. After waiting 7 day, wasting my time chasing and being spoken to like I was the one in the wrong, I asked to cancel my order. This was actioned, as staff couldn't care less, I then had to wait a further 3 days for my money to be returned. Hope your proud of yourself UK Furniture Direct? Disappointed doesn't even come close.

Excellent service and furniture

The furniture arrived as promised and I was really happy with the quality of the furniture. Some of it had a lot of bits but the instructions were very detailed and accurate.

Missing part

Received wardrobe within two days so very pleased with that. Then we unpacked ready to build, the old wardrobe has been dismantled to make room for the new one, only then to find a crucial part was missing. This was 10 days ago and we are still waiting for the missing part, very unhappy, as my son is currently choosing his clothes from a big pile on the floor as have no where to put them until this part arrives to enable us to build it.
